Review 1：Rather old style still, maybe some moderization would be good in the rooms.

Review 2：Good breakfast and good location for exploring the area by foot/ski. 4km from Zelezna Ruda village.

Review 3：The food generally wasn't good, little imagination but the scrambled egg at breakfast was amazing! Decor was a little tired but the room we had was big and everything worked!

Review 4：Best scrambled egg for breakfast in any hotel I can remember! Staff unfailingly attentive even though none of them spoke English -we managed to make ourselves understood with a little German and sign language and arranged for extra pillows. The Wellness facilities were ok I had a massage but it's the first time I have had one when I was instructed to keep my jumper and jeans on!

Review 5：One of two elevators didn't work and sometimes we had to wait for a while, until it's finally at our floor, as hotel was pretty much full. But I guess, it was just a temporary issue.

Review 6：Pretty varied breakfast with delicious baking. We liked dinners pretty much as well (we didn't try buffet, but normal restaurant). Good quality bouncy mattresses. Rooms didn't have clima, but inspite of 37°C outside, we used blankets at night as tempereture in our room was very comfortable. Presence of spa with sauna is great.

Review 7：Very good situation in moutain, near walkpaths. Nice persons at reception, restaurant and wellness. Large room, quiet place. Wonderful swimming pool with hot water, and spa !

Review 8：There is a hill about a mile long up to the hotel which is difficult in snow. The staff didn't speak english and were unfriendly - particularly the manager. There was a dog barking constantly in the room opposite. Not much seating in the bar area.

Review 9：The breakfast was quite good and the beds surprisingly comfortable. The swimming pool area was old and tired looking but we still enjoyed it.

Review 10：Selection of warm breakfast should be better. Had two soups for lunch, it was horrible, too salty and not tasty. Guess they should change the cook !
