Review 1：Thin walls to the apartment, we were a particularly noisy family with young kids I would have hated to be our neighbour

Review 3：Pool was out of order, because of technical problems. But we sorted that out very well. So really nothing to complain about.

Review 5：You can check in after 5pm only. We knew this, but the problem was that when we checked-out we wanted to leave a bag in the hotel and not in the car (where the temperature was 40C). This was not possible from 12 to 5pm. How can it be that you cannot contact anyone from the hotel between these hours ? ...... We had a room for 4 persons. Shower was separately from the toilet, and it was just a curtain actually. So you cannot change unless everyone turns with the back. The bed had crafted wood around it, very uncomfortable to get into the bed, especially for kids. TV was very very small. No mosquito net at the windows. We went when it was very hot, and we asked for a fan, but they did not have one. Overall for me the hotel is not value for money as the room does not look like a 3* and the hours they work are not fine for me.
Review 6：Location was around 5min walking from the entrance. Breakfast was good, there were several types of cheeses and hams, breads, jams, omelette, boiled eggs, juices, etc. So all in all a good meal with choices. Pool was decent, we went when it was very hot so in the evening a bath helped us. Parking in front of hotel.
Review 7：When booking we asked if we could use the pool on our arrival. We weregiven permission to do so. The pool was not useable, the filter was notworking, the pool was green with algae and there were lots of bits andpieces in it! The pool was the reason we booked here so ourgranddaughters could have fun after our long drive. After receivingpermission to use the pool we assumed it was useable! The accommodationwas not ready for the season - the bar was not open, so we could not sitin their garden while the children went to bed. I emailed a complaintbut have not received a reply - sadly I am very unsatisfied with thisplace and would not recommend to anyone

Review 9：Great location for visiting Europa Park. We were there for 3 nights. If staying when it's really hot (it was 32 degrees when we visited), request a fan.
Review 10：Nothing. Just a small side comment- make sure you take note of the check- in timing. Personnel only comes on site after that time. Not an issue if you plan accordingly.
Review 11：The guest house is very very close to Europa Park (<5min walk). Super convenient location. Our room was on the last floor and the staircaise was a bit narrow - so you might want to ask for a ground floor room if you travel with older/disabled friends/family. However for us was no issue and the room itself was very big and clean. We had a triple room and the double bed was huge and comfortable. We stayed here only 1 night after spending 2 other nights in hotel colosseo and wanted to prolong our vacation. This guest house is great value for money. They have a nice terrace in the back and even a pool (not available when we travelled). Breakfast was basic but had both warm (eggs, bacon) and cold choices. Only very picky won't find something (eg. not so much fruit/vegetables). Could have not asked for more at the price we have payed.
Review 12：I had to wait 20 minutes outside, calling a number on the reception door, called 5 times and my battery went dead letting it ring and ring... it was cold. As I was leaving, someone called back and said they had arrived :( then upon leaving, there was nobody to give me breakfast (which I had paid for) and when I called the number on the door, I was told that he does not work with the guest house normally, there should be someone but it was locked and dark... Also - there were no lights in the dark corridor leading to the backyard and the light at the top of the stairs was not working. The pillows were awful too!

The hotel is very expensive and does not deserve to be in your list,who made the investigation for this hotel?? Booking management has to reconsider the hotel rate cause it does not deserve even one star.

Review 48：We stayed here for one night while visiting Europa Park. This visit toEuropa Park was part of a long European vacation that included Paris,London, Greece and Germany. We were trying to watch our pennies, andbased on the reviews of this hotel online, we decided to stay here forone night instead of one of the much nicer hotels inside the park. Itwas nothing like the pictures, and I hope we are not deceived bydoctored pictures of a glorified trailer-park ever again.- You cannot check-in until 5:00pm! - As we walked through the common areas to get to the front desk, we saw ash trays everywhere, filled to the brim with cigarette butts. Nice. All the railings on the balconies had bedding draped over them, airing out. I guess they don't wash the bedding between each guest. The patio furniture had bird poop on it. The tiny pool area was a cluttered, messy hodge podge of different furnitures. - There was a children's play area on the second floor in a common area between the bedrooms. The furniture in there was stained, and everything looked very old and used. I would not allow my daughter to play in there or sit on the furniture. - The towels were threadbare and worn - totally ratty. - Our room was on the ground floor, and it was a warm day so we had to leave our windows open in order to keep the room as cool as possible. We were right next to the common area, and this was very noisy. Also, we killed several mosquitos in our room, and we all were bitten in the night.

Review 61：The room we had was located on the ground floor with a rustical barrel outside which one can sit in (smokers "den") which means that late at night people were frequently having a cigarette and chatting right outside the front door, which is quite annoying. Locating the smoking area further away from the hotel rooms so that it doesn't get so noisy would be better.
Review 62：The staff were are absolutely excellent, very polite and always very helpful. The parking was no problem at all and the location for the local attractions was perfect. The Thai food in the hotel restaurant was also very good. The room was big and comfortable with all the basic necessities.
