Review 1：Horrible war-zone-like neighborhood, half demolished buildings, bricked up windows... Actually the whole town of Halle looks like it has been left behind after reunification, unlike many other former East German towns. No restaurants in the immediate proximity of the th hotel, apart from the small restaurant of the hotel, but when I got in people stopped chatting and started watching me, this sort of things, feeling like they're not ok with strangers. The room itself was ok, but the smell on the staircase was bad. My room was accessible only passing through a small and nasty smoking area for guests.
Review 2：Conveniently located close to the old and central market square. Parking free and right in front of the hotel. Nicely furnished room with tea making facilities, clean and no bad odors.
