Review 1：No air conditioning (in heatwave) and uncomfortably hot. Wifi only downstairs and common areas (despite advertising it was free everywhere). Pillows useless. No fridge in room so impossible to keep dog food or refreshments cool. No tea-coffee making facilities. Expensive. Dog room was not good for allergy sufferers.

Review 4：Nice located in the peaceful harbour of Lauterbach, close to the railway station. Clean and nice room, good breakfast.

Review 5：I was with my mum, what we liked most was the breakfast- there were lots of dishes to choose from,we were happy to find the lift which took us to the 2nd floor (especially my mum, as she gets tired with walking the stairs), the beds were comfortable and the shower easy to use,compared to the hotel bathroom in Bornholm. Review 13：Arrived and reception window as closed - walked to bar and stood while three different staff members ignored me and carried on doing their tasks. One dark haired waitress overtly 'blanked' me as I tried to get someone to engage with. Smiled at two and had no response - eventually after 10 minutes got hold of a more senior member of staff who was (in fairness) very helpful. Breakfast choice wasn't very good compared to other hotels we stayed at during our German travels.

Review 14：The setting on the waterfront is fantastic - the town is superb. Next door was a lovely hotel with very friendly staff where we chose to eat

Review 15：Very nice hotel in a very nice place. Perfect location for "disconnect" from daily life for some time. Super food in the restaurant - must to have dinner :).
