Review 1：The bathroom set up is poor. Sink outside of bathroom is poor hygienic wise. Can't even wash hands before leaving bathroom. Sink area wide open to sleeping area

Review 3：Housekeeping was not quite up to par. Didn't clean our room after the first night, had to ask at reception. Then just never did a great job overall.

Review 4：Good location if you are visiting the hospital. Otherwise, not very close to downtown or the airport. Overall good environment and staff.

We ordered the steaks & the ciabatta beard. It wasn't good at all. The bread was soggy. I wouldn't recommend ordering room service.

Review 8：It's a nice & clean modern hotel. It has 2 restaurants & a Starbucks inside. The beds were very comfortable. The maids come everyday to make the beds & give you fresh towels.

Review 17：Because this is next to a hospital, there is a weird mix of tourists, patients and healthcare providers. There was no bike storage and we had to negotiate to be allowed to bring our bikes to our rooms, but ultimately they allowed it.

Review 20：I loved this hotel. I was a little concerned at first because it's right next to the hospital but I am glad that I gave it a chance. The room was awesome and the staff was super friendly. Planning on staying in Winnipeg? Definitely stay at this hotel. If I ever find myself in Winnipeg again, this is where I'll choose to stay without a doubt!

Review 21：Room card to use the elevator????? No ice on each floor???? An empolyee said he would get me some ice on a lower floor. He returned a few minutes later and informed me he would need my room card to access the machine. Rediculous.

The check in desk we were never offered medical rate so charged us the full rate and no refund or they say retro. They responded saying it's not something we advertise, you nee to inform us. Doesn't get any plain with gauze ivs etx. The doors between hotel & hospital lock at night unaware early am with lack sleep due to emergency medical travel stress. Stood at door then seen paper didn't know where door was. 2 check in clerks standing doing nothing looking at me. So when entered I was upset I asked how come they didn't try to redirect they responded there's a paper. I stated u could have acknowledged me and tried to redirect. Also, complimentary breakfast at full rate only given at 1 night. Cheap.

Review 79：Location because it was connected to health science it was extremely important. Buffet at altos. Altos staff were kind. Central location not that far to everything. House keeping was kind.
