Review 1：They don't allow cancellation even if it was 2 night ahead when I first checked in. They have charge bit different price then the policy, and had to report it to booking to refund me

Review 3：Very close to Europapark. Staff is brilliant. Tickets for park had to be paid cash. I didn't have enough on me, but the receptionist just gave me the tickets and I could pay later so I wouldn't miss the shuttle bus.

Review 4：There is no air conditioning in the rooms so it was extremely warm in the rooms at night. Not able to sleep well after a long and tiring day in the park.

Review 5：The whole Staff was very helpfull at all time and we felt very well attended during breakfast, dinner and at the reception. Location is excellent to go to the Europa Park.

Review 9：The breakfast was not very good. we even skipped one and took it inside the Park, it was much better. The restaurant is pricy so we didn't go there. The blankets are too small but its apparently it's the same in any hotels in Germany...i dont understand why. It's kind of expensive, i paid even less than the usual because i booked more than 1 month in advance and had a non refundable rate but i dont think it's a fair price to pay for this kind of hotel. They take advantage on the fact that Europa Park Hotels are very pricy...

The room was ok with bunkbeds in the family room, but no air-condition. However, a fan andexternal blinds helped to keep the temperature acceptable. Surprisinglygood breakfast.

Review 85：Good Hotel for the price. 5 minutes walk from the Hotel entrance to Europa-Park. The staff was very helpful and friendly (very personable). Met theowner as well who really made sure we were getting the best out of ourstay. Food in the restaurant was good too. Ours was a last minutebooking and it worked out perfectly.

Review 88：The staff was friendly and helpful. Since it is located on the other side of the park from the Main Entrance, they drive you to the entrance. There is an exit out of the park less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel, it was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Review 93：There is major construction on the backside of the hotel that is noisy in the morning. Also no Wifi/WLAN in the hotel. Only hard wire for laptop, etc. In the days of iPAD, iTouch, iPhone and other tablet products wireless is a must.
