Review 1：This is a lovely hotel in a really beautiful part of Cyprus. It’s close to the baths of Aphrodite, a bit west of Polis: excellent for walking and other exploring around the Akamas Peninsula, and close enough to Paphos, on the one hand, and the Troodos mountains, on the other, to go to either for a day’s outing. The hotel itself sits just above a quiet beach, which you walk down to through its own grounds. There are hardly any houses near, though Latsi and Polis are both close enough for shopping and restaurants. If it’s at all sunny, you can eat on the terrace looking out to sea, and across to the mountains on the north-eastern side of Chrysochou Bay. The main part of the hotel is modern and light and spacious (everywhere there’s a sense that there’s more space than was strictly needed). The rooms are in the same style, and clean and functional: if you can get one with a sideways sea view, it’s worth it, but the rooms themselves are the same anyway. What is really special, though, is the welcome and hospitality provided by Gregoria and her staff. Nothing is too much trouble. You know you are guests, but you are made to feel part of a family. The cooking is also excellent: real Cyprus food, beautifully done – at least as good as in any of the restaurants we found. We chose to stay half-board, with dinner in the hotel each evening, and never regretted it. Apart from removing the stress of having to find somewhere to eat, it was great to wonder what range of dishes we’d have to sample when we got back after a day out. We stayed out of season and couldn’t imagine being anywhere nicer. We came on the recommendation of friends: we are already planning our next visit, and will be recommending it to others too. The atmosphere of the place made for a really wonderful holiday.
Review 2：The manager and staff were always on hand and very helpful. The breakfast was superb, with a wide choice of fresh local products. Beautiful location, very convenient for hikes in the Akamas peninsula.

Review 11：The refrigerator in the room was noisy and we had to switch it off at night to be able to sleep. the t.v. could get only one channel and only manually the remote control was not working. Only one bedside table for two beds. Not enough access points for electricity to charge phones, cameras etc. again we had to use the one for the refrigerator and the one for the t.v.
Review 12：Perfect location!!! 2 minute walk to the sea! Because of the heat in the summer, having a small fridge in the room was very useful, you could have access to cold water all the time!

Only went for 3 days but stayed longer, and would have extended our stay only the hotel is full. Cocktail in evening on the terrace watching sun go down. Would definately return

One room had comfortable single beds, but the other room had a hard double bed, which also was a bit too short for the adults (we are Dutch...) - the beach has pebbles and is quite narrow. So it gets crowded and you need water shoes! - wifi worked well in the rooms but not in the restaurant - it would be nice to have a coffee making facility in the room

Review 24：The location was a bit of a shock to start with but it didnt take us long to realise what a benefit it was to be so rurally isolated. The staff were first class and very friendly. Sitting by the fire, sipping a glass of wine, dogs lying at your feet it was definitely home from home. The food was excellent and piping hot.

Review 27：The beds were uncomfortable, the mattress was very high and the sheet was not fitted and would come off the mattress which felt unclean. The owners dogs are allowed to roam around the property freely and do come bounding at you on occasion thus alarming one. They also roam around freely in the dining room during meals, when our discomfort was expressed to the management the first night, the right noises were indeed made, but there seemed to be no comprehension of the hygiene issues involved in letting the dogs roam around, sniffing and wagging in the dining room and near the food and the kitchen, it was very putting off for us and in spite of our demur the dogs were in attendance at breakfast the next morning.
Review 28：The location is beautiful. The Wi-fi was the best we experienced during our 14 days in Cyprus. The management and staff and friendly and helpful they say yes to your every request which included providing us a kettle and tea coffee in the room with unlimited supply of fresh milk. The abundant hot water in the the shower. Breakfast was good specially the fresh sliced oranges and grapefruit.

Astonishing view from the breakfast area ! Beach (not made of sand : small rocks) at 50 meters. Awesome hiking routes (Aphrodite and Adonis routes).

Cyprus local spirits after the dinner were great. Friendly staff and big thanks to chef and his team. Clean rooms with every day cleaning, very comfortable bed Clean pebble beach with crystal clear sea, possibly the best in Cyprus (compared by our owns with Coral Bay beach and Girouskipou beach in Paphos) Beach restaurant has great menu with everything you may want to try on Cyprus. Bus stop is just near the hotel, Bath of Aphrodite is 15 minutes away on foot, Latchi is 10 minutes away by bus with many fish taverns and watersports.
