Review 1：We had a hard time communicating with staff. We asked if we could come back in a few days, the lady at the desk told us they were full. I went to booking.com and there were two rooms available. I guess she didn't understand what we wanted.

Review 14：Just a tip: One needs to bring their own bathroom amenities (bar of soap, shower cap, washcloth, shampoo) and alarm clock. Aside from that detail, everything was comfortable and enjoyable.
Review 15：The location is very convenient to the historic city center - just a short walk. The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The staff were friendly and efficient. An excellent breakfast buffet is included and is served from 7 to 10. There is also a mini bar in the room and snacks are available in the afternoon.
Review 16：The only thing which we did not like were the pillows. They were very thin and it was difficult to make oneself comfortable. However, we do realise that the continental hotels do have completely different shape and thickness pillows to the UK.
Review 17：This small hotel had very friendly staff. The room was very quiet even though it was on the front of the hotel. The breakfast was very good and the food good quality. They made an effort to make mark Easter by putting chocolates out on the breakfast tables.
