Review 1：We were a little confused when checking in as the reception room was locked. We had to go to the resturant to check in. They did not speak English, but I didn't expect them to at all.
Review 2：Rooms looked like they were renovated recently. The bathroom had brand new fixtures.
Review 3：Quite a distance from the main sights of Děčín if you are on foot, but bus station is not too far away at the foot of the hill. No other restaurants in the immediate vicinity that I found.
Review 4：Lovely peaceful location set among parkland filled with trees--very restful. Restaurant meals were good and well-priced. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff (albeit most with limited English).
Review 5：Bar bellow windows which tend to close 22:00, but in reality last visitor left at 23:30. In hot summer days it annoies a bit. Poor english, not woking kitchen. Wasn't received my booking and tend not to give a room as booking.com and actual free rooms didn't match.

Review 7：- not a problem for us, but the hotel is located on a hill and not exactly near the centre, walking there can be exhausting (there is a bus stop less than 5min away from the hotel); - the closet was making really loud noises when opened.

Review 14：When we arrived, we had to go into the restaurant to register. I had to leave as the smoke inside was really bad. My wife and son stayed outside. The room was ok. A lot of air freshner but thought nothing of it. We returned after dinner, there was a slight smoke smell in our room. Realised it came from the bathroom via the extractor fans. The staff were not interested in this and basically we had to deal with it. Once in bed you could smell the smoke in the bedding. Woke up in the morning and left as soon as possible. Owner was not interested in the issue. Will not go again.

Review 16：There is restaurant on the first floor, and it is allowed to smoke there. Room was clear, but the rest of building was full of smoke. And the breakfast I had in a restaurant full of smoke. It's awful. In the evening Internet didn't work most of time.

Review 18：The only small problem was... when we book in Booking.com, the price was 13 euro per person. However when we checked out, the stuff asked 15 euro, 2 euro more. Well... actually 15 euro per person is still quite cheap, so it was acceptable. But the feeling is not very nice......
Review 19：We were three people and we had four bad room. The room is quite clean. The stuff can speak German, so we could communicate with them. They are friendly. We paid 2 euro to have a nice breakfast. Toast and yogurt are all you can eat. And you can choose the main dish from menu, such as sunny side up egg with hams.

Review 24：The hotel underwent renovation of the hallways, but the furniture and walls of the room and bathroom, according to their design and wear, are authentic 80´s, max.1991. - was quite difficult to find - do not expect amenities like TV or WiFi on the room

Review 31：The rooms on the 3rd floor do not have a proper window, only a smallopening the size of a medium poster. We arrived on a warm night, ourtiny room was hot like a sauna, we had to have the main door and thetiny window opened constantly. Room remained hot like hellthroughout the night, so Don't stay on the 3rd floor during thesummer. The downsheet was actually a bed cover,we asked for propersheets. If you have even the slightest allergy the carpet (althoughclean) is to die for -literally! German is poorly spoken, Englishnot at all! Learn Czech!

Review 54：I liked the location opposite of an old chapel in a small park. The first floor has a pub frequented by locals drinking joyfully their beer. So, there is life going on, but only until ten.
Review 55：Smoke throughout, even (although less) in the non-smoking hallway due to an open door between the smoking and non smoking section of the hotel, which they insisted should stay open. Fortunately no smoke in the (non-smoking) room. However, when opening the windows for some fresh mountain air, we found that our room was located right above the kitchen exhaust vent funneling in the aroma of the deep fryer. Fortunately, it was cool outside, I cannot imagine the quandary you'd find yourself in when it's 30 degrees and you have to sit in your room with the windows closed. We will not stay here again because of the smoke and the nauseating smell of the fryer.

Review 62：The shower in the bathroom only needed a small shower curtain to keep the bathroom from being flooded. It was designed for this, but was missing. Hotel was fine until tour bus showed up and we were told we could no longer order dinner. Finally allowed to have dinner but limited menu and service and lukewarm food which was ok but would have been very good if hot. If not part of tour bus might suggest another spot, or check on time without tour buses. Tour people stayed up late and very loud. Also not accessible without car.

Review 65：After my experience I feel that this hotel dedicates to cheatcustomers. We booked a cheap room through Booking.com and at ourarrival we met a woman with whom was impossible to communicate, as shedid not speak any English word. She gave us a room which we believedwas not of the kind we had booked; and indeed when we checked-out wewere charged for a more expensive room. It was useless arguing that wehad booked a cheaper room and it was not our fault having received adifferent type of room. Really I would recommend Booking.com to excludethis hotel from its offer
Review 66：Far from the city if you don't have any car. Our bathroom needs a refurbishment and there was no shower curtain and no bathmat. It wasn't possible to close the tap properly and the water was thus dripping.

Review 73：It is a two star hotel but our room was better than many 3 star hotels we've stayed in. If in area would definitely go there again. They provided a breakfast for a small surcharge when we were there. We got a good meal in their restaurant in the evening.
Review 74：It was a ok place to stay, but the reception lady was either just not very service minded or she had a bad day. The reception was closed (at 8.30 p.m., without any sign or info on why), so we asked the lady in the bar, who asked us to wait, didn't say for how long or why, and she seemed a bit grumpy. We got the key, and It was ok, but better hotels are available for similar prices, and don't expect being received with smiles or greetings.
Review 75：The price was good, the city not the most exciting in the region, and the hotel was ok. Not fancy, but kind of kitch with a 70's interior and a restaurent and bar that seemed somewhat nice.
Review 76：As is quite common with addresses provided on booking.com the addressprovided is entirely misleading. This place would really be onlysuitable if you are driving and can find the joint which is a bit of apity as we had a really good stay!
