Review 1：The lack of facilities to make yourself a cup of coffee or tea.Our kid felt badly and when i asked if there is a possibility to have a cup of tea in the evening the answer was -no.

Review 14：Beautiful garden with both shady and sunny places. Selfservice for Beverages. Large room with balcony and a nice bathroom. In whole, highly recommended !

Review 15：Certain staff (Anton Oberhaulser) were rude & unhelpful. Called at 8pm to request firmer pillows and was told it is too late to call, all staff are unavailable! Then when paid I asked for translation of German bill & the same member of staff rudely asked me 'why can't I speak German like everyone else in town'. He didnt appear to like me merely because I'm English! Enjoyed stay otherwise but his unnecessary arrogant attitude ruined my experience.

Review 18：The owners take really good care of hotel's garden - the overall ambience is very nice. Breakfast was simple but very good. A very cosy, quiet place with magnificent view to mountains from room window. All in all - nice.
