Review 1：The location is outstanding ,the rooms are elegant and always with fresh flowers.The breakfast is excellent and the services very good for 3 star hotel.

Review 2：I will start from breakfast, was the worst breakfast we ever had in hotels. First of all there is no dissent place to have it. There is a small room which had no aircondtion and it was impossible to have it there. The only place you could of have it it was on the veranda with dirty tables and chairs which were not suitable for breakfast. All cups were DIRTY we had to look-over all cups to find some not so dirty. Impossible for 2015 to serve nescafe, sugar in a tin instead of individual. Everybody had to use there own spoon from the same tin. Some cherry tomatoes I think they where cooked days ago. Impossible in Cyprus to eat scramble eggs not with fresh eggs but with substance. Cheese was terrible,( we have fresh anari very cheap and other kind of cheese very tasty not so expensive they can offer it) Most of the clients had there breakfast on small tables and couches instead of normal ones. We order for lunch the first day spaggetti but it was enough only for a child 10 years old. I think hotel needs better management. IT DOESN'T WORTH THE MONEY WE PAID.

Review 7：Good location by the sea, but best with a car as it's a little way out of Polis. There is a lot of green space - wide sweeping lawns between the hotel and the sea, and lots of orchards. There are friendly cats, and birds including geese and a peacock. The room was confortable, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly.

Review 16：As a recurring visitor we've noticed a few issues: 1. Staff at the bar/restaurant area could be a bit more professional (reception staff was very friendly and very helpful, though). At times (lunch and afternoon) it would appear they're understaffed. 2. The pricing of the lunch-time snacks is a bit on the expensive side, when considering both quality and quality of what you get. 3. Our impression is that the hotel could do with more attention to maintenance. We stayed in what is the newly built section. The room was nice and modern, and generally clean and serviced daily, but a few things were a bit off-putting: a stain on the walls here and there, cobwebs under the stool, crooked toilet seat, stains on the curtains. It's a shame since these are things that can be fixed very easily.

Review 17：Location is excellent. In general clean and comfortable rooms. Still one of the better places one can stay at in Polis/Latchi if going for a hotel rather than hotel apartments.

Review 18：The hotel is located on the beach just outside of Polis but within walking distance. We stayed in one of the villas so can't comment on the hotel facilities as we didn't use them. We had one or two issues with the villa on arrival which were dealt with immediately although it was late in the evening by then. The villas are comfortable and roomy, the air conditioning worked which was a real blessing as it got to 40 degrees one day. They are thoroughly cleaned about every four days.

Review 19：The service is really poor, staff is not helping, not even smiling and asking at what time you check out when you just check in. The breakfast is terrible, even the basic local product (Anari cheese) was not fresh! Looks like the management is counting on the beautiful spot to make money.

Review 45：our reservation said we can checkin to the room at 14:00 o'clock. we arrived there at 16:30 o'clock and the reception had no idea we are coming, they had no paperwork of our reservation and also no room was booked for us. then after about 30 minutes waiting there they finally found a room for us that did not have the facilities we booked (double bed) but two singles. my question is what would happened if they didn't have any rooms available? i don't know where the mistake was made but i was very disappointed from booking.com because i made the reservation through you. thank you.

Review 46：It was little bit far from the city. Small pool. more expensive than it should be

Review 48：We state at a 3 bedroom villa and at €230 per night I expected a better condition house. All doors and frames were worned up badly, the kitchen and the cabinets had a mould smell and the fridge was too small for four people. The cooker top was also badly rusted. The AC units had no remote control and made adjustment impossible. At night time the noise was too much as it was operating at high speed. There was no privacy at the swimming pool area. The few trees could not do it. Fence and netting should have been installed. The driveway out of the villa area and onto the main road was very dangerous. In order to see if the road was clear you had to drive slowly out and we berely avoided an accident twice. A mirror should be position at the junction. Spider webs found below the sinks. Walking around the hotel you can see that it is in very poor condition with badly cracked walls, tiles falling down and gardens and trees in need of much TLC.

Review 49：Two problems we had with the back door and a leaking AC unit where repaired very quickly. Water pressure was very good.

Review 50：Poor breakfast. When it says free wifi, I expect to have it in my room as well, not just the reception area. So I would like to have had that information beforehand. Its not that it was bad, just from a score of 8.1 you expect something wow, and that was not the case for me. Maybe older couples find it very good, I don't know. I don't agree with the title "beach hotel". For me it felt more like apartments. Again, my review its based on the current score which let me to decide to book at this hotel. Maybe I didn't take much time to look at the reviews one by one. In summary, my opinion is that 115 euro per night is not value for money! I would give that place a 7 out of 10.

Review 51：the extra bed in the room for my daughter was a pool bed with a foam bed on top. Clean room , no good service, not value for money hotel. The beach in front of the hotel is not good. The breakfast is good but no many options for coffee. the receptionists were helpful but it was difficult to communicate with them. the bar man/woman was the same in the restaurant doing many thinks at a time.

Review 53：Not clean, especially the bathroom and the floor. Carpet in corridor very dirty, looked like it was never cleaned. In general the facilities are old and they do not pay much attention in cleaning. Food (dinner) is rather on the expensive side but quality is rather poor. Dinner is served only until 21:00. After that there is nothing to eat there. You feel like they try to make money out of everything and they charge a lot of extras that you do not expect to charge you for, especially when you pay more than 100 euro per night. Poor value for money.

It is poisonous and shouldn't be under-estimated". # Under the bed needed a clean. It looked like it was not moped for weeks. # No tea or coffee making facilities in our room # Breakfast - although OK is not their best point. A little more effort here would improve the experience significantly. # Dinner menu is nothing to write home about. Costly and the same menu every day. Do yourself a favor and have dinner at the ‘Old Town Restaurant’ in Polis….Delicious and much the same price as they charge at the hotel. Word of warning – you need to have a car to get to this restaurant because it’s a bit of a hike on foot.

I feel that this let the room down and maybe they should consider buying new top covers. The other problem I had was the smell of dogs in the room , I did know that it was a dog friendly hotel before I had booked but didn't give it much thought. I think that this would put me off using the hotel again.

Review 66：The grounds around the hotel are very lush. It's a loverly peaceful place to spend a get away from it all holiday, but only a five minute drive into the centre of polis. Polis is a very nice place to spend an evening, relaxed atmospher and nice resturants and bars.

Review 115：A superb location with wonderful views of the sea and coast from the patio doors and balcony of our very comfortable and spacious bedroom. It was really peaceful, yet near to the many amenities of Polis and Latchi. All the staff were really efficient and friendly and we got very helpful local hints from the owners, Dr and Mrs Georgiades, notably on the natural delights of the area. We loved their home-grown produce for breakfast. The surrounding gardens were a delight. We hope to return.

Review 119：We stayed one week at the hotel and had a very nice and pleasant vacation. For breakfast we were offered a great variety of food (homemade marmelade and homebaked bred, fresh vegetables, fresh friut salat etc.). Dinner was always delicious. We had booked halfboard and could everyday choose between two options: one with meat and one vegetarian or fish. The service was always good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Because of the location surrounded by plantation and garden, it was very quiet and peaceful. We were able to relax on the big lawn in front of the hotel or on the sunchairs at the "private beach". Beachtowels and adapters for power plugs can be borrowed without charge at the reception. We will definately come back another time.
