Zlata Lipa Hotel is a newly renovated former hunting lodge, located on the outskirts of Decin, 0.7 miles from the centre, in the very heart of the Czech-Saxon Switzerland. The Tiské Rocks and Elbe Sandstone provide many opportunities for climbers. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the entire building.
The hotel restaurant, with an outdoor terrace and a wine bar, offers a range of home-cooked dishes. Moravian, French, Italian, German and other vintage wines are provided in the wine bar. The air-conditioned restaurant and wine bar offer separated areas for smokers and non-smokers.
The Hotel offers rooms with private bathroom and a toilet, a minibar, a safe, a flat-screen satellite TV and a telephone.
Wellness centre, available upon a surcharge, includes an indoor swimming pool, a hot tub, a steam bath and a sauna, a sun bed and a gym. The hotel also offers massages and yoga upon reservation. Morning swimming is available for free.

Review 1：I didn´t like the idea, that I have to pay an extra payment (not cheap) for using the spa area. When I stay at a wellness hotel I would expect that I can visit the welness area without an extra payment. We booked a non smoking room with a baby, but we could smell all the time cigarettes in the bathroom ( maybe some problem with air condition or so....)

Review 3：4 star hotel cannot exist without AC in the rooms. Outside is noisy, as the hotel is directly on the crossroads. We had room overlooking parking and opposite the road is local beer bar with loud drinkers till very late night. Staff is moody.

Šokovalo mne, že když si zaplatíte vyšší cena za hotel, tak navíc chtějí generovat další zisk za wellnes a to pro dva cca 500 Kč myslím na hodinu. To jsem ještě u žádného hotelu neviděla, pokud se jedná o 4* wellnes hotel. Vždy bylo vše zahrnuto. Poměr cena / výkon pak ztrácel smysl.

Review 11：The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The facility offers a well done Spa center and excellent food from restaurant. The location is very calm for a very good sleep.

Review 12：Beds were too soft and creaked. It seemed like dinner was designed to squeeze as much mony as possible out of the guests. 2dl servings of wine when the menu said 1dl. One night we ordered our main courses and asked for rice and some steamed vergetables. The waitress suggested grilled. When the vegetables came they gave us 2 x main courses for vegarians. Another night we asked for a different sauce (which was available somewhere else on the menu) when the bill arrived they had increased the price of our steaks by about 25%. we complained and they kindly gave us a bottle of Czech bubbly. BTW my wife speaks Czech so there was no loss in translation.

Review 14：Not so dark in the sleeping room in the morning. Very steep hills to drive on with your car to reach the hotel, but they are managable.

Review 16：The 4 stars hotel is somewhat misleading. Need to pay extra for the wellness, which was not indicated or mentioned. Restaurant was not a great experience. Room too hot, no airco Noisy location because of the pub across the street.

Review 28：I have booked this hotel mainly because of the spa. During check-in I was told that the spa is already reserved for 6 persons and there is no possibility to use it during the evening. This was more than disappointing. How this hotel can make advertisement with the spa then?
