Review 1：The one and only thing I disliked was the comfort of the bed. The mattress was too thin and too soft so you'll feel the wooden support underneath. The owner told me he got more complaints about this and he has decided to replace the mattresses.

Review 2：I liked everything about this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean, I almost felt at home. Great service from the very friendly owner. It was very warm and on request he brought me a mini fridge in the room. I will come back for sure!

Review 12：The receptionist (at check-in) didn't speak anything but Czech -though we offered German, English & French as alternative. We didend up having English/German speaking staff later on though. Uponour last day we returned from breakfast to find our rooms partiallycleaned. I thought this could've waited until we were gone(especially as we left at 10am). We've barely met any people those 4days we stayed in Vrchlabi. :(

Review 13：The hotel rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was served at thedownstairs cafe and offered everything you need. Great coffee &croissants!! The staff was super friendly. Cleanliness was superb andthe location was central to different ski areas.
