Review 1：When we arrived I had a feeling they didn't know the details of my booking although it was everything mentioned there. I was surprised by the requirement to fill in the paper "registration", I really don't remember the last time somebody asked me to do that. It took quite a long time.

Review 2：Very stylish and nicely decorated building. The double room spacious and clean. We didn't have very big meal for a dinner but my impression is that the kitchen is very good and recommended :-)

Review 3：We booked a family room, but we only had three beds. They said you can put two childeren in one bed because it is only for one night. In the end they offered us a new room. Next day they wanted to charge us extra, no way! During diner our childeren had 20min earlier their food Before our food came. Not a family hotel.

Review 7：The management (Owners) were very caring and willing to go out of their way for you. I had all my meals in their lovely restaurant. The chef and his assitant chefs provide meals that would be hard to find in most of the local restaurants in the area. Would return without question.

Review 26：Unfortunately, we only stayed one night (two double rooms), because we were on our way back home. Due to traffic jams, we arrived late in the evening at 21h30 and did not have the opportunity to enjoy the nice environment. The next morning, our children were happy to spent some time in the spa where they were all alone. The (bath)rooms were very clean with a nice view on the mountains, breakfast buffet also very well. Hotel recommended for elderly people who like to take a break or have calm holidays in a comfortable place.

Review 27：One of the most outstanding hotels we have visited in 40 years of travelling. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room was most comfortable, spacious, well appointed with beautiful views of the Bavarian Alps. All other facilities were outstanding. The host Mr. Weber is a chef par excellence and we experienced the most delicious gourmet dishes he prepared. No doubt - a big "thumbs up" and 5 stars. We are thinking of spending another week at Neu Meran next year.
