Review 1：Smelt of cigarettes in the hallway and the hallway needed freshening up with a lick of paint
Review 2：Stayed earlier in the week and again the staff were fantastic , food very nice.
Review 3：The room was grubby, smelt of cigarettes and had no air conditioning. Had to open the window but it was very noisy outside, so didn't sleep, although had been travelling for 11 hours
Review 4：The staff were very welcoming and were extremely helpful. Car Parking on site was a bonus. I ate both an evening meal and breakfast and the food was good.
Review 5：The hotel has no a/c and it was 30C At 4pm saturday we were casually informed the dining room and bar were closed that night.though it was open for several parties .The hotel is not near other food outlets and we were told there was a snack machine on the 1st floor. No hot drinks or substantial food.We were paying guests for this service.There were several unhappy guests.!! We were not advised where we could go and at short notice. We are not young fit people to go out looking for places to eat. The hotel was better under the former owners.

Review 7：Ask for a room in the back. We had a room at the front of the hotel and we had to keep our windows closed because of traffic noise (tram, cars).
Review 8：There's nothing fancy or special worth mentioning. It's all there, it's clean and it works. A hotel to spend the night and then leave. Located in a residential area outside the city center.
Review 9：The wifi is terrible, in the past it has been slow but on this visit it was a complete waste of time and impossible to work. Wifi is one of my top priorities when booking a hotel.... sorry but it needs to be sorted as we are all dependent upon it for business.
Review 10：I have stayed at this hotel for ten years or more and come back every year on business, its my first choice in this area. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly, they always welcome you back and they are very genuine.

Review 12：All room facilities are admirable, and the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in area which still reflects its former GDR location, but this is more than compensated by the provision of a free public transport pass for the duration of stay and the highly efficient tram service which makes the central station and the historic city centre only 10-15 minutes away. If you don't want the full buffet breakfast just ask for a coffee and it comes free of charge!

Review 38：With arrival we got a good, friendly and an efficient check in. Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast selection was large and with a good variety. With arrival we received a ticket to the tram transportation system for the period we stayed at the hotel. We will recommend you to park in the underground parking and use the Tam system, You have a tram station with 4 lines less than 100 meters from the hotel entrance and there are only 5 or 6 stations to the town centre.

Review 43：I used the fitness room. In general it's ok but could be improved. For example there could be some mats for doing stretching exercises, for which also some space could be made rearranging the machines. Only one sitting corner would be enough as you would hang your stuff on the hooks and don't go to the gym for sitting anyway. The treadmill was very basic and the surface is very hard. Saying that, these are just little things and altogether our experience was very positive.
Review 44：I stayed with my son for one night for him to attend an indoors football camp. For this purpose Best Western was an excellent choice as it was near the camp location, near all kinds of shops, and offered a very competitive price.
