Review 1：Top class service. Upgraded to suite with no charge. Bar service excellent, value for money excellent, only 10 minutes from the city centre. Great music venue in the Laser Show Hall.

Review 2：In Brno for the Moto GP and really happy with the Bobycentrum. Good facilities and the staff were fantastic - so helpful and pleasant even when they were so busy. A little out of town but easy to get in to the city

Review 3：I think if there is air conditioning it should working it was 36 degs & no cold air. The rooms seen to need an update window sills were in bad condition & all the wood furniture looked tired. The shower pipe was unacceptable just plastic pipe showing as the metal was off & so was the tap to change from bath to shower was broken + no shower curtain so water goes everywhere. Its meant to be a 4star hotel these thing should be sorted. Oh & the fridge didn't work either it was the same in our friends room as well.we also booked 2 Double rooms last October &got 1double & 1twin ask for 2top room on 9th floor & got 2rooms on the third floor & were told we are full tonight.we were all disappointed &paid €111 for the pleasure not!

Review 6：The a/c in our room was not working, our friend rooms where fine but ours had a portable fan so obviously fully aware of problem but no fix - room 707 make sure you don't get this one.

Review 9：The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself for my 3 day business trip was fine. Breakfast was fine...but lacked variety over 3 days.

Review 10：No dinner after 9pm. No noise isolation whatsoever; even on the 8th floor constant noise from the street. You can also hear the elevators moving from your room.

Review 12：Design of the hotel was very 90's, breakfast could have been a little bit with more variety, parking in garage is extra 190 CZK. Restaurant closed at 9.00 PM practically, most probably because there are not too many guests at the hotel.

Review 13：The staff was very helpful. There are no major failures with this hotel, but would need to improve on the details to be a really good one, these I have listed in the other box.

Review 14：I was told on site that the amount could not be deducted from my credit card, despite blocking the amount for many days after the stay on my credit card. So instead of 59 EUR, I paid the double and still hoping that the other 59 gets unblocked. This is very unpleasant, even though the problem is on both sides - hotel and the conveniently inflexible bank that gets to steal the money for more time than necessary.

Review 15：Served the purpose of going to the festival held in the Laser Hall. Quite comfortable. Large bathroom in the 35 sq meter option. Great if you are attending any event held in Bobycentrum.

Review 18：The "hotel bar" does not belong to the hotel (sic!) so forget charging the bill to your room. The room key-card gets de-magnetised within 10 seconds from leaving the room (even if you keep it miles away from your phone) or as soon as you get into the lift. I had to go back to reception 4 times in a day to get it reset. The 4 stars were awarded to the hotel by the owner I guess. The quality of everything is far from a 4-star standard, it is just solid 3 stars and no chance for more. The wifi is frustratingly slow as well.

Review 19：Reasonable value for money. Spacy room, good enough breakfast, lots of parking space around.

Review 20：Mosquitoes were in our room and bit baby multiple times. Staff said at first our fault for opening window, which we hadn't as not possible & they got in thru vents. TV had one watchable channel, but stated on booking satellite TV. Leaky shower when running bath. No gym or pool , but stated there was on booking info.
