Review 2：Very nice breakfast. Staff was very cooperative. Need to spent atleast two night in order to get the chance to use pool and beach.

Review 3：When we were checking out the rate given by booking.com & what they gave was higher by over 800dirhams. We spoke to Sonia who was so impatient with us & did not want to give us an hearing. She has terrible PR. A gentleman by the name of Mohamed was kind enough to hear us out but couldn't change the rate. That is totally unaceptable & we told them as much. It gives you a bad name & what you offer isn't what is eventually given. I will think twice booking a holiday through you again. We opted to move to a diffrent hotel in Dubai where we spent the last 3days. Regards, The Kyalo's.

They didnt take real ownership to resolve their mistake and instead they insisted to take the payment in cash I have struggled to get my miney back from the bank and got itvafter almost 12 days with no support from the hotel crew.

Review 52：Brewed coffee would be great with the otherwise delightful breakfast. Instant coffee sachets were a bit disappointing. The current refurbishments are little inconvenient. The renovation work is with cleaning and polishing going on and the floor near the elevator being wet at times. It would be nice to have the pool table indoors, perhaps.

Review 53：The room was lovely, clean and spacious. The pools were refreshingly cool, with a lovely jacuzzi for relaxing in after a good swim. The water slide was definitely fun! It was nice to be able to enjoy the beach in complete privacy. The lovely green lawn is perfect for a stretch or a light outdoor workout. The birds are definitely a soothing sight, to add to everything else.

Review 54：Very well maintained Hotel. Thou it took longer than usual to check in @.Mr. Satish the duty manager sorted us out when he noticed we been standing for a long time.

Review 71：Receptionists were not experienced. They often needed to contact some superior to perform tasks. when we wanted a one day extension they asked for an 80% higher rate. Be careful about single/multiple occupancy. For example, the breakfast for single occupancy is for one person although two adults and 1-2 children can stay in the room! Hotel is a bit mean on toiletries and free water is only for the first day.

Review 73：i didnt like the bed at all. it is very small one, and when i booked for 2 adults and 2 children, so i thought that the room should be suitable for family, but i found only two small single beds, and i should ask for extra bed with extra money. and the space of the room is not enough to put another bed. and my daughters are 7 and 9 years. so they asking only for money for extra bed. i stayed before in 5 stars hotels and when i book for family i found the room is enough for family.

Review 92：Although check-in was swift, I didn't felt the warm of the Russian lady at check-in counter. Instead of asking for our name, her first greeting is she needs our id! She keeps on repeating that we need to give our IDs which for a group of 8 adults and 6 kids is quite a challenge. There is no valet parking and no bellboy to immediately assist you. Well, this is my first time to stay in a 4-star hotel so this might be a standard for this category.

Review 93：I love that they have kids and family pools. The room size and decor are decent. Yes, it's quite outdated but for a 4-star hotel, it's not bad. I was expecting a mediocre breakfast based on some reviews but to be fair, their breakfast variety is same as Fujairah Rotana Al Aqah beach resort. Considering that Fujairah Rotana is 5-star, then Coral Beach is not bad at all.

Review 120：They seem to be not aware of our booking preferences. Like for instance, when we checked in, they didn't follow our preferences. We we're a big group, some of my colleagues were charged with breakfast when in fact breakfast was included in our booking so we have to go to the reception again. The rest also was able to get their rooms around 5:30 pm which is too late already. So as a group we have to wait for them until they are settled before we proceed with our itenerary. So there are inconviniences we experienced during our stay in the hotel.

Review 121：Check in at 3pm is too late. I Arrived at 3.30pm only to find room still not ready. They offered us a smoking room when we have two small children - stupid. It took 20mins to check in - too long. Additionally receptionist tried to keep our emirates ID card which is illegal! Car parking is available but tightly packed and full. Some of the machines (pool table) were very old, should be replaced. The sea water on the beach was very murky, hardly anyone swam there so not worth booking if that's what you want to do. Construction work at towering Sheraton next door was only noticeable by their messy private beach which was an eyesore. Chef making omelettes during breakfast was a miserable looking guy. I ordered an extra bed but didn't receive it, so check out took almost 20 minutes whilst they confirmed this with house keeping for my refund - receptionist had the cheek to ask me why this occurred, when she works there and did not even apologise. Overall a nice hotel let down by by some incompetent and surly staff, so if you can put up with this, go for it.

Review 122：Very clean well kept hotel, with most of resort facilities, and reasonably priced. Main swimming pool was very big, with a family oriented atmosphere - great. Breakfast was average but included in the price so acceptable.

Also having food or drinks is not allowed in rooms so if you like to have a fruits or snacks in the evening - you are not allowed! Smoking in dinning outside area is allowed though what is really bothering during breakfast for non-smokers.

Review 129：I didnt like the beach at all as the starting point of the beach was so dirty. I didnt the like the way they blocked the amount from my credit card for the stay as I have to wait for 10 for this amount to be refunded it should have been the other way around as well.

Review 140：i have several bad experience: 1- I've asked for twin bed room but when i reached there they gave me on king size bed room and when i asked for twin bed they said they will split it now this will delay me to check in around half an hour, which is not possible. 2- when i was going from pool to my room i have to pass through hotel lobby one of the staff had come suddenly and started shouting on me coz i was still a bit wet and may drop a small drop of water on the floor, that was really upset when my husband went to the management they only said sorry ??!!1 what shall i do with there sorry, when my husband and the staff went out from manager office he started telling this silly people they will never be other than this. that was really rude. 3- when i was checking out the bill was not correct and if i didn't check it carefully i would pay a 100 dhs extra . how ever i have cancelled all my bookings to this hotel as its not qualified any more to stay in it
