Review 1：Limited breakfast variety and you have to pay if you ordered eggs, though hotel price includes buffet breakfast. No English TV channels. Non availability of king size bed, it was 2 single beds attached together

The acceptance of dogs in the hotel I believe to be a retrograde step which I believe will probably put off many people.

The price was a real bargain for such a nice hotel that is trying hard to regain some of the grandeur of the past. We found two great places to eat in the cellar of the church and in the main pub in the square. The hotel restaurant with zither music was also excellent. We really enjoyed staying there

Review 34：no wifi in rooms, poor wifi outside rooms, very poor breakfast buffet with standard, poor quality ingredients, car parking to pay extra. Mainly the Hotel is in a very beautiful historical building but services are not adequate. A hotel of this category should not create problems for wifi connection to the clients and should have a more upper standard breakfast for the price one pays.

The train station is within walking distance. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Swimming pool set in nice surroundings. Staff very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable and the food was lovely.

Review 99：We had a big room with an extra dressing room. Spa towels and bathrobe was ready. The hotel is in a quiet and silent place in the city center close to the botanic gardens and therme. The breakfast is very good and breakfast hall as well as dining room, hotel bar and library are looking superb for a 4 star hotel. The swimming pool is large. Water temp. is tropical warm. There is a small but elegant wellness zone.

Review 100：Showgeschäft got too hot or too cold and could not be staelized. Shower head points to th wall and could not be used without holding it in one hand. Bath facilities should be upgraded.

Review 101：We left earlier though the booking had been prepaid. No shower gel in the bathroom though we asked for it two times. So we ended buying one ourselves. Terrible wi-fi: slow and not stable connection. Only one device can be connected to the login at one time. Very bad organization of services: reservation of spa does not guarantee that you will actually get it; another guest can easily come earlier and block you time. The reception staff is indifferent.

Интернет по цене 10 Евро за 2 часа,сутки 15 евро в 21 веке в центре Европы вызывает стыд и недоумение.Много русских, поэтому отношение персонала соответственное. Будьте готовы, что вечером вас не покормят в ресторане, так как "продуктов может не хватить тем, у кого заказан полупансион", хотя ресторан полупустой. Категорически не рекомендую.

Perhaps my limited German and his limited English were the problem. 2. The hotel is very difficult to find by car because of its location on a pedestrian way and the apparent lack of signage on the main streets. We asked for directions from a local man out walking several blocks away and he could not describe how we should approach it so he hopped in our car and guided us there personally. What a gift he was to us!
