Review 1：The room was very dark and the dark brown bedspreads didn't help. They charged me $20. more than the price quoted by booking.com. When I reported this the checkout woman was unwilling to right the error. The room did not have a coffee pot or microwave. The second bed did not look like the sheets had been changed. All around not a good experience.
Review 2：The location was excellent. It was quiet which was great. They also gave me a $5.00 voucher for breakfast.

Review 13：Promised early book in a week prior and was not ready when we arrived until 130 pm. Room was clean but no coffee maker or air conditioning. No biggie but when we ask for early check in and still have to wait for room to be cleaned...pretty upsetting as we had a two o'clock wedding to get ready for!

Review 16：The hotel is dated, only one large bath towel for two of us. No hair drier. Very thin walls. We arrived from a completely different time zone so, we were sleeping very early and got up to continue our trip very early. I think the noise bothered us more then others.

Review 18：I called the Breakaway two days before my travelling to confirm thenumber of rooms and the booking. Upon arrival, I discovered that theyshorted us by 2 beds, I ended sleeping on a 1" thick foamie on thefloor, and they pulled in two decrept cots for two of us. It was awful.No discount, nothing. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. And totop it off the bathroom is so small that you can't use the toiletand close the door at the same time. Not a good place.

Review 25：I didn't like the man assisting me with the check in, I was not informed via email to pay for my stay upfront on arrival, and he quoted me a different price for my stay that the one breakaway motel emailed me as my conformation.He argued with me that the conformation paper I had in my hand from the motel was not accurate.Not very professional of him. He had my credit card and drivers liscence print out up front. I then payed cash for my stay after he hounded me a second time, I didn't care for that type of service, was unprofessional and a little rude is all Im saying.

Review 27：The hair that was left on the floor behind bathroom door It was disgusting. Told the night person but they never past it onto the hotel manager. Had to report it again wasn't impressed. No compensation . Wasn't offered anything.

Review 30：We enjoyed the cozy family feel to the Breakaway Motel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The TV and the wifi both worked well. After a long drive it was nice to come "home". The price was right and it was exactly as advertised.

Review 32：I liked the customer care. After checking in a room. I bathed and prepared to sleep. The room close to me was noisy with a TV set tuned high. When I complained at the reception, I was upgraded to a very good twin room with an apology. Keep it up!

Review 34：Shopping malls are easily accessible and the area lends itself to leisurely walks off the busy main road. Reading material and maps are available from the office as is excellent fresh brewed coffee. The staff are gracious and responsive to requests. The adjacent restaurant has good food at reasonable prices and the service is excellent. Seniors from the nearby area know a good thing when they see it. We will be back in future trips.

He finally admitted we could help our selves to a continental breakfast at reception to take back to our room. When booking this motel it displayed breakfast included in price. Silly man, we won't go back!

Review 113：The room was sparse to say the least.....but my biggest complaint was the complete lack of any soundproofing in the walls and ceiling. There is absolutely no feeling of privacy in this motel. We previously stayed in the Best Western just minutes from this location but a room was not available at this time. The difference in rates between these 2 Motels is minimal but the Best Western is a far better deal for your money and you have a far better chance of getting a nights sleep.I would not recommend this Motel to anyone.

Review 115：The Web site shows many pictures of the abc restaurant and offers you free breakfast but it's not at the restaurant, it was a plate of terrible, stale doughnuts &coffee. We went to abc& paid for our own delicious breakfast there.

I was shocked to come back on Christmas night and discover that the room had not been touched, bed not made, towels and washcloths still on the bathroom floor awaiting replacement. This has never happened to me in all the hotels and motels I have stayed in. Also, there were dirty smelly full cigarette ashtrays all along the balcony I had to walk to get to my room.

Review 118：A small point only: the blue-white fluorescent lighting in the bathroom could be improved by changing to 3000-Kelvin fluorescent lamps which would approximate day-lighting and be more flattering.
