Review 1：Just one toilet but can be possible to share it in case of family. No problem at all.
Review 2：Everythis is good for the family travellers. It's very close to the Huge Lake. Very kind staff and Guide.
Review 3：The only thing that we didn't like was the strange smell from the sofa.
Review 4：Everything was excellent! the apartment is clean and convenient for 4 people. The kitchen has all necessary things (but no microwave oven and no dishwasher, which wasn't important for us). Wifi worked well. There is a free parking place. The price is quite reasonable (we paid 60 euros for 4 people a day).
Review 5：Wifi is an important criteria, so when it's not working or is very poor, it should be told to the renters. Some people like us really needed it, but it was going on and off all the time, so difficult or impossible to use it.

Review 9：Took me 3 calls and 45 min to get a hang on the owner when I needed to depart (was expecting a delay as I read other reviews here, so was not in a rush :) ), but in Germany where time is of essence this might not be accepted by all customers, actually they were busy renting some bikes in their bike rental shop near by, a little sign that you can find them there would have been appreciative. Hope they learn and improve in this area, because the apartment and location is a good value for the money and even so I would still recommend it.
Review 10：WIFI worked without any issues, that was my main concern, the apartment was nice, clean, and surpassed my expectations.
Review 11：Unfortunately we did not have have a good experience at this hotel. This was the worse experience I have had using booking.com. The experience started off rude and abrupt from the minute I encountered the host. Although it was advertised as English speaking, the host very rudely informed me he did not speak English. He told me to check out the next morning at 10 (although check out was advertised until 11). Internet was also advertised but no password was given. The stench in the hallway from smoke was overpowering but it did not permeate the apartment. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom which makes taking a shower impossible. Also, it would be most appreciated if all the dead bug bodies were removed from the walls. It seems the bugs were killed and just left on the walls and ceilings where they were squished. It is quite disgusting. The warm weather made the apartment very hot and stuffy and the lack of fans did not not help. Also, there is no window covering in the bedroom.

Review 13：The window in the bedroom needs some kind of covering over it. It got very hot and bright very early in the morning and we were unable to sleep.
Review 14：Great value for a one bedroom apartment with a nice kitchen, sitting area, and balcony. Great location; just a couple of blocks from the lake. There is a sofa bed which is a little small for two people. Just be aware if you have 4 people staying. Free parking just outside the hotel.

Review 23：As they have tea and coffee (and not only) facilities, it could have been nice to find the necessary for a coffee or a tea in the kitchen. There is a nice bar nearby for breakfast, though.
Review 24：The apartment is very large for two adults, a child can join easily. Very clean and tidy. We called the owner and we arranged a late check-in, so don't be mislead by the reception hours mentioned. They are kind and discreet.
Review 25：The owner was very helpful and friendly, the apartment was clean, with nice furniture and very centrally located within the village. The Bodensee is a 5 minute walk away, right around the corner there is a bakery with excellent bread. We stayed for one night, the price was really cheap for 4 people - all in all excellent value for the money.

Review 28：We arrived late, around 10 pm, hotel was closed, all lights were off. After some minutes we reached owner and got apartment. Owner didn't give us wifi password and didn't answer sms in which we asked about it. We had to chase her next day and ask for receipt- we payed it cash and they had our credit info. Another thing- bed in bedroom was prepared for the night, but we had to prepare sleeping sofa on our own- they didn't bother to do it, knowing that there would be 3 people coming. Not cool.

Coffee, tee andsugar were missing in the kitchen - it would be great to have somesamples for late arrivals like ourselves. Shops in Germany have atendency to be closed on Sundays, so then you're left with noevening tea or morning coffee (unless you discover neat bakery verynearby :-)
Review 61：Well located appartment house, just a short walking distance to Bodenseelake. The standart appartment was spacious: bedroom, living room,bathroom and small kitchen. Clean and relatively well equipped, incl.Lcd tv. Local bakery (open even on Sundays) can make a good beginning ofyour day. Plenty of nearby options (considering the small size of thetown) for evening meal and drink.
