Review 1：We arrived late and hungry. It would have been nice to have fruit in the room for us latecomers, although Tom did give us a bottle of wine and some chips, peanuts etc. Would have liked coffee in the room. We love our morning coffee! We had a coffeemaker in the room, but had to drive to the market the next morning to pick up coffee.
Review 2：Although the location is about 35 min. from airport, the drive was not bad and the resort is quite lovely. Very pretty grounds, comfortable bed and two bathrooms were very wonderful! The upstairs veranda , off the bedroom is lovely and private. Very spacious for two people. Tom (owner) and staff absolutely fabulous! Lay and Gaby very helpful. We really loved our stay.
Review 3：Wifi could be a bit slow the further away from the pool area you go but I didn't notice much, especially since I came to relax and disconnect :)
Review 4：The villa was located right on the edge of the cliff overlooking the Lagun beach. The view is sensational!! Can't be beat - you can watch the fish play at sunrise, watch the turtles swim into the bay when the fishermen arrive, and even hand feed iguanas who crawl over the edge if you present them with a banana peal. The villa itself was well equipped (although no oven), clean, tasteful and spacious. The location is also great since all of the best beaches in Curacao are located within 10-15 min radius of the villa so you barely have to drive while staying there (of course you can also just simply stroll to the beautiful Lagun beach). The property now has a new manager who has started to renovate each villa. He is very attentive to your needs and helpful with suggestions. The villas overlooking the bay are renovated but are not advertised on booking so make sure to check their website directly as well to get the best selection! Highly worth it.
Review 5：30 minutes from airport, limited infrastructure nearby. When on Curacao, fill up when you find a gas station. Renovations are not complete yet.
Review 6：Beautiful location with sheltered snorkeling and diving at a public beach. 2 restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful renovations. Very friendly staff. Beautiful sunrise/sunsets.
Review 7：- kitchen equipment very basic, wicker furniture looked worn, especially in the bedroom - no warm water - wifi only working close to reception area - at first a funky smell in the downstairs area, that vanished after we flushed all the drains and sinks

Review 9：Only after 3/4 of our stay did someone come in to take care of the trash (and beds and towels, but that was less of a problem). We got rid of it ourselves way before that but then were left without a new trashbag. So maybe some bags could be provided with the kitchen supplies, so guests could change if they want to.
Review 10：The staff was incredibly nice. We didn't pre-order a rental car. So they kindly provided us with one of the resort's cars for a week. They are still undergoing renovations of individual apartments. But even the old aps (we stayed in one) are alright and the view from the terrace is incredible.
Review 11：- Wifi - at present , u must go to the Hib area to get a strong signal. But Tom, the owner, has a new rouder on order. -Be sure to bring your own soap, spices, etc if you plan to cook
Review 12：Loved the location ! On the cliffs - overlooking the best snorkeling bayon nw part of island ! Just a little path walk down to Playa Lagun. Ifyou rent the 1 bedroom apartments - amazing view of the ocean ! Veryquiet @ this resort . Nice deep swimming pool. Owner -Tom, greets u whenu arrive. Very personable.

Review 14：Perfect for relaxation. Walk to water and snorkel. Ate in and BBQd as kitchen facilities were good. Sitting on deck overlooking the water was sublime.
Review 15：So it's "normal" in Curaçao that the shower has no adjustable water temperature? Not if you want this to be a 4-star property. Kitchen cabinets, and some attention to detail in the kitchen, would be nice. Wifi worked on patio/balcony but not inside. And (if this matters) there is No TV.
Review 16：Such potential here, which I hope Tom (owner since early 2014) can realize. Our unit was just renovated (fresh paint smell and all). Spotlessly clean, and our problems were addressed promptly. And, of course, a very short walk to the cutest beach with great walk-out snorkeling.
Review 17：Wifi was a bit unstable only works at the reception. At the common areas facilities a shower would be useful. You are responsible for your own cleaning and garbage disposal during your stay.
Review 18：The new refurbished house was spacious beautiful decorated and well equipped. The location of the hotel is excellent since the most beautiful beaches are nearby. This place is very peaceful with stunning views. Great for kids and snorkel.
Review 19：There is little close by in terms of restaurants, and shopping for groceries can be a chore This is more about the northern part of the island, which is a beautiful, park like area, than the resort itself.
Review 20：Lovely spot with very accommodating and friendly proprietors. Lot's of upgrading underway, but really little or no impact on any of the guests. An excellent choice for families with children, or couples. The resort is also increasing the convenience of its diving facilities, having affiliated with a shop.
Review 21：The WiFi was not very strong, we were unable to connect from our room. The kitchen was missing some essential tools - it had only dull knives and dish soap was not provided. All very mariginal though taking into account how great the resort was overall.
Review 22：The resort had all we ever expected and satisfied our needs completely. You cannot ask for a better location, Playa Lagun is stunning and it offers best snorkelling on the island. The resort itself is very well taken care off, rooms clean and beautifully laid out, staff very friendly and helpful, great atmosphere. We will definitely have great memories from that place.
Review 23：The wifi doesn´t work well so don´t rely on it for work. It´s ok for checking emails and basic stuff, but works just just couple hours a day. The restaurants in walking distance are not very good and overpriced. It´s easy to cook in your appartment but the supermarkets are far away, you need to rent a car for shopping. Renting is not cheap and it is a pain. You need local currency or small bank notes (USD or EURO), to pay for petrol, some of the cars have serious defects. We rented a car straight from the owner of Lagun Blou resort and we were happy with it (but it´s expensive), the owner also gave us directions to the supermarket. It was ok after all.
Review 24：The location is so stunning. View of the ocean, easy access to the beach, amazing snorchling and diving. Perfect for a family holiday, very quiet and peacefull. The staff is so helpfull and nice, especially madame Elvira. You feel welcomed and at home from the first moments. The pool is nice and clean, beautifull flowers are everywhere and at night everything is beautifully lit. I would say the best choice of accomodation at Curacao, if you look for walking distance to beach and easy family holiday. It is not a party place, but there is a bar close enough and they serve nice Pina Colada :-)
Review 25：we spent 12 days at lagun blue ressort and had a great time. The apartment is simple, but cosy furnished and very clean. The location is peaceful and seaview is amazing. The operators are very friendly, open and helpful. They are currently working on a make over of the resort so it will become more beautiful than it is today. We definitely will come back!

Review 27：We stayed here for 11 days in the beginning of September and had fun all the time with our two sons 15 and 18y (cliff jumping ca. 9m inclusive). Great place to enjoy the turquoise water and blue sky. We could rent a SUV directly from the hotel and travel around - Watamula is a real adventure. Discover Diving offers good trips for reasonable prizes e.g. Mushroom Forrest.

Review 34：First of all Rose mary and Ton were just really TOP! They are really good care takers for their guests. The location is excellent, Playa Lagun is a nice beach and there is a cozy nice restaurant accross the beach, both in walking distance. Good wifi and spacious apartment
Review 35：Some hidden fees that was not described in the contract. But they staff on spot did the right thing and took away that fee as we did not get this info.
Review 36：We were a party of 6 person/family living in 1 apartment with sea front view was amazing! one morning we saw dolphins swim in front of the resort. One of the best snorkling we have done. Iguanas every where. The manager is very kind and he keeps on develop the resort for a better stay for the guests. If you go to Curacao, this is the place you have to stay! We had a great stay!
Review 37：WIFI was available, but in our bungalow (nr 10), in the case of iPad, only in the bathroom upstairs. The hot water boiler was rather small, so no long hot showers.
Review 38：The location is wonderful, especially in the case of bungalow number 10, which from its patio and balcony has a 180+ view to the ocean. The number 10 bungalow, which has 1 bedroom downstairs and 1 large bedroom upstairs, is an excellent choice for two couples or a family with one or two kids. The pool area is also quite nice. Lagun itself is a quiet village, so the place is not for someone looking for hectic nightlife.
