Review 1：I had a room on the 4th floor and the view was spectacular. The wifi was also very good in my room. Very friendly staff and servers in the restaurant. Breakfast had hot and cold food and was delicious! The spa area was very good as well. Absolutely no complaints about this property! Bad Hofgastein is a cozy little village that is geared towards older couples and families. If you're looking for nightlife, Bad Gastein is 10 minutes down the road.

Review 2：Great hotel in a beautiful alpine village,all the staff at the Hotel are friendly,helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. The bedrooms are a very good standard and always very clean. The food in the restaurant is good, there is a good choice and they will always be flexible with special requests. The Hotel has a good pool and leisure area but you also have free entrance to the thermal spa whilst staying at the hotel a great bonus. We have stayed before and we will certainly return to this wonderful hotel.

Review 4：Oesterreichischer Hof Hotel Is a fabulous hotel for warmth, friendliness and top quality food, beds, Spa and facilities. We stayed over Xmas and joined their special Gala dinner, where we were all personally welcomed with plenty of Champagne and the owners spoke with every guest. We ate every night in the hotel restaurant. The hotel offers a very warm welcome by family and staff genuinely interested in you and has tasteful quality décor including wonderful rich green and red colours and carved wood ceilings and welcoming open fires and fabulous furniture. It feels like a home and guests are welcomed just like family. There is a spacious new reception area with a welcoming fire and modern feel. The food served in the restaurant is absolutely fantastic - certainly Michelin standard and the breakfast buffet was exceptional for choice and quality including freshly made waffles and eggs fried gently on smoked ham. The prices were very reasonable. The waiters are friendly and helpful and very attentive and speak English well. We sat alongside the fire in the cosy bar area with a discreet and attentive bar service and played cards into the night. This is a family owned hotel and from the outset our dealings with the family via email was prompt and efficient with all our questions answered. Everything we asked for was given and more and they even arranged a lift from the station. Their own new Spa facilities are top quality, extremely clean and in addition there is an amazing modern bright tunnel underground to get you right into the Alpine Therme Spa in the centre of the village, for a more public spa experience. So you can leave your hotel room dressed ready to swim wearing complementary robes and walk through to the Therme Spa, all underground! We had two rooms both decorated to a high standard, one with stars on the ceiling sparkling gently in the darkness, like the night sky.

Review 6：I'm a very seasoned traveler with more than 100 countries visited for work or pleasure. The Hof is way above anything I visited. With a special attention to courtesy and details, an amazing atmosphere and outstanding staff my spouse an I felt incredibly comfortable and pampered. The spa is superb, the restaurant outstanding, but above all it was the staff quality that made the experience unique!

Review 13：Wish food was more diverse and larger portions. No bar in the hotel, so after a dinner not much space to sit and enjoy friends. No background music in reception/lounge area. No proper lounge area. No full given info upon arrival about directions and local discount card etc. Stayed rest of the vacation in the thermenhotel sendelhof- gourmet paradise, however facilities less modern and slightly further from the ski lift. Apart from that adorable place.

Review 14：Very cosy hotel. During school vacation the hotel was full but it was visible only during the dinner. Nice hotel swimming pool and sauna, good alternative to Alpenterm. Ice scating ring is 2 min from the hotel.

Review 15：We have stayed at the Oesterreichischer Hof on many occasions and we like the family atmosphere of this hotel, their friendliness and efficiency and the excellent home cooking. A very important aspect is the direct access to the Therme Spa. We shall certainly continue to go back there.

Review 16：First of all the cleaning service were not bad , how ever they lack ofspeakiffng English as well they didn't replace the shampo and soapeven though The bottles are empty, we had to call the reception toprovide us, What was strange is that after 11pm no one is maning thereception which means no room service after 11., and to enter to thehotel after that time you should swap in your room card as a safetymeasurement, as well when going to the spa you should always carry yourroom cars to excess the doors in between the hotel and spa

Review 17：The hotel was located on the Center of the village which you can'tmiss all the shops cafes are a walking distance, hotel staff werefriendly , helped in allocating activities for us to do during our stay,rooms were clean spacious. Balcony view was great you directly view thevillage downtown and the mountains. Food, we had a breakfast package,their food was standard and god variety of breads, the hotel gives youthe homey feeling from the size of the place and the friendliness oftrue staff and guest in the hotel., The hotel provided us with a freemulti enters to the thermal spa which you could direty walk to from thehotl via under ground tunnal, which had 2 indoor with a connect out doorpool for both, what I am trying to say is that when you are swimmingindoors you could swim your way to the out door pool with a connectingcorridor, th view from the spa it great , swimming between themountains, Over all we loved the hotels the place was so amazing andrelaxing we are definitely going their again
