And best of all, hotel has parking so everything is so easy and comfortable once you are In. Dream for overnight (short) staying!

Review 20：The hotel was perfectly located for us which was close to the main station that was a 5 min walk. The Old Town could quite easily be reached in foot with a 10-15 minute walk also. The staff were very accommodating and extremely polite, the rooms were perfect, very clean and the shower was fantastic. The continental breakfast was very good and there was complimentary coffee and water in the reception area at all times.

Review 25：Greeted by the friendly young lady who checked us in and provided us with all necessary information about wifi, maps, breakfast and free water, tea and coffee. Rooms were modern and contemporary and the bathroom was spacious with heat lamps to keep you warm when you get out of the shower. Free bottled water an sweets in the room were a lovely touch and free tea and coffee available 24/7 down stairs. Breakfast was excellent! Fresh bread rolls, ham, salami, cheese, yoghurt, juice, cake and muffins, boiled eggs and cereals - really good! Less than 5 minutes from Brno station too! Thank you :)

Review 45：Very clean and quiet Hotel convenient for the main station. 15 minutes walk through the station to the main shopping centre. Handy for a very large Tescos 5 minutes away. It was very hot whilst we we there and the provision of a fan was great. Set back in a quiet block which gave us a good nights sleep. Staff very polite and helpful. Good value.

Review 51：I chose this hotel because of location. This is a prefectly nice place if you adjust your expectations. It is a budget hotel, more of a motel kind of place, and there are no facilities you would expect in hotels (no 24 h reception, no phones or minibar in room, no restaurant of room service). Nevertheless, if value for money is what you're looking for, then this is your place in Brno. Excellent customer service, good breakfast, very clean, and above all location. It is only a short walk from the train and the bus station, as well as from the city center and Vankovka shopping mall.

Review 71：The welcome we received at the hotel was amazing. This appears to be a fairly new hotel, but everything is excellent and the hotel deserves to have a high rating. The breakfast was excellent, and we never left feeling hungry. Gourmet coffees were served, as well as there being normal coffee available 7/24. The location is a bit deceiving, but I'd not hesitate to stay there having already lived in Brno. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main station, 5 minutes from downtown, and 5 minutes from the shopping mall in the area. Very excellent experience, and I'd definitely stay again on my next trip.

The area is undergoing a facelift and this hotel is new and wellkept. Great owner who knows Brno. Police station 50 meters away, so the area feels pretty safe. Try getting a room facing the private car park, as they have balconies, and have a better view than those facing the street. The beds are very hard, but with free parkning, good central location, well working wifi, spotless modern bathromm, nice breakfast, great staff, this place really is value for money. When in Brno this is the place we will stay.

Review 109：I liked everything and I am not a fake reviewer. Free parking, wi-fi worked almost all the time very good. Close to the old city. Breakfast is already waiting for you on the table, when you come down and I guess there is enough food for everybody, even if you are hungry like a wolf. Big, clean rooms with toilet. It was warm enough in the cold winter days. We had the view to the street, and in the new year's period it was very quiet. The owner is always with the smile on his face. Big value for money.
Review 110：The hotel is located in the small side street, so a little dificult to find it immediately (look for a police station, it's just behind). The walls are not well sound-isolated, therefore we could hear the late night/early morning guests rumbling above and outside our room.

The rooms are big and clean, there is free and secure parking in the courtyard behind the house, the centre is in walking distance, and the breakfast is fantastic. We even had complimentary water in our room and could get tea or coffee in the lobby. If you go to Brno, stay there.
