Review 1：One of our rooms had not been cleaned. Was not aware of breakfast reservation requirement.

Review 2：Art collection and decor was unique. Clean, no frills rooms. Breakfast buffet was nice.

Review 3：family like atmosphere and kind service. I was travelling with my kid, wee took the small suite, which was unexsprected big with a living room and a bedroom. Good location, spa facilities and park just across the street, near by the trainstation as well as b the city center.

Review 16：The recepcionist didnt want to open bar at 21.20, but on the bar door was printed that it is opened till 22.00. When we asked her why she will not open it, she said that she already cleaned whole bar, and that it is late to open. Internet connection was very unstable, I had to come in lobby if I wanted to be online more than 1 minute. We didnt have any english spoken channel.

Review 17：Breakfast is quite ok, rooms are spacious, bathroom too. Very calm place if you want to sleep like a baby.

Review 18：There is unfortunately a major building project going on right next tothe hotel. Most of the basic structural work is, however, done so whatis now being undertaken is fitting out etc. This inevitably leads tosome noise, but only during the day. Another problem could be peoplearriving (unlike us) by car. The hotel officially has ten car parkingspaces available, but these are in a very tight area immediately at theback of the hotel, which itself set in a very narrow alleyway off themain road. Some skilful driving therefore called for to make use of theparking spaces!

Review 19：Very friendly staff and nice ambiente with good breakfast. Mainadvantage, though, is the superb location, as the hotel is only 300meters from the spa centre ( swimming, sauna etc.) and only a very shortdistance (in the other direction) from the town centre. We havepreviously stayed in big, chain hotels in Bad Nauheim, but this was thebest hotel we have stayed in to date in the town.

Review 20：Car park at rear of hotel is far too small and some spaces seemed to be designed for 2CV's only in mind! The downstairs lobby area smelt of (stale) smoke from the bar.
