Review 1：My key card did not work after one day when arriving back late (following a wedding reception) to get into the hotel building, nor my room. It took half an hour to get into the building (no answer from door call service) and then half an hour to find somebody to let me into my room. The owners upon check-out the next morning just said "technology eh?". I also had to pay for ironing charges which I was not told about. When I asked to borrow an iron for a shirt for a wedding, they said they would iron it for me as they do not like to give it out.

Review 2：The location was nice directly along the lake. As well as the new-build pool and sauna area.

Review 3：Although the hotel was very child friendly some of the older patrons were less child tolerant.

Review 6：Quiet location far from any main roads. Beautiful views from hotel grounds to lake shore and beyond. Well appointed pool and sauna. I don't usually use hotel pools but this one topped the lot. Food was excellent. Location good for walking and cycling.

Review 13：I have stayed in many different hotels near Friedrichshafen over the years during AERO at messe and at last I have found one that I want to return to. Staff excellent , food very good and a wonderful location.
