Review 1：I don´t think fair the fact that the hotel charged the tax over the price promoted on the web. This was the only hotel of all the trip that did not publish the final price. Don´t seem serious!

Review 6：A lovely hotel with a well designed interior and large, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. They arranged a trip with a guide to a local reserve for us to see the birds in the yungas forest. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied. The dinner menu had sufficient varied choice for our three night stay and the food was good and service excellent. Did not use the spa so cannot comment but it seemed to be well used by others.

Review 7：Hotel seemed to be short staffed. Agreeing a menu and the need to order an evening meal an hour or more ahead. A pedestrian gate with an exit button for residents is needed. As the hotel is on the edge of town a few bicycles to cycle into San Lorenzo would be useful and helpful to residents in their efforts to keep fit.

Review 8：Spacious, good for relaxation, spa and swimming and comfortable beds. The daytime receptionist was very helpful although she seemed to be involved in too many tasks with not enough help from others.
