Review 1：The outlets in the room were worn out. My phone charger wouldn't stay plugged in. Kind of annoying trying other outlets in the room. The hot tub was also not working for a few hours.

Review 2：I found the hotel comfortable and quiet. Did not think toast. muffin and coffee for breakfast was too good. Good thing A&W was just next door, bacon and eggs for just over $5.00.

Review 9：They don't want to help me cancel the last two nights reservation out of the 7 nights booking via booking.com, which was very easy and flexible in my previous trip while staying in other hotels. They laid out many unacceptable and unreasonable excuses, which are not apparently clients-oriented at all. By the way, its wifi is frequently out of service.

Review 10：My grandson left his blanket in the room. We know it was left there and the staff couldn't find it. We believe it may have gone down with the sheets to the laundry, but after two calls to the hotel, it was never found. Also we had to ask for breakfast items to be replaced....no bread, muffins, or yogurt at 8:30 AM Swimming lessons for non-guests were being conducted in hotel pool, so our grandchildren were limited to one side of the pool.

Breakfast was varied and excellent, although the space is too small. Seems like a family run business, very professional and friendly. The room was the cleanest we've ever seen!

The front desk staff were friendly and responded to our issues quickly, thanks. Nice selection of places to eat close by. We will stay here again, for sure.

Review 25：Upon arriving, there were people smoking right outside the front entrance. Being a non-smoker, I found this to be unpleasant. The breakfast area was a bit small and if you didn't get there early enough, you missed out on the good stuff (no waffle maker here, but there was a pancake maker). Found it quite humid in the common areas and you could really smell the pool. Beds could use updating.

Review 26：I found the staff to be incredibly nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean. Parking was plentiful (but a bit awkward with a truck). Great location to all major highways. Rooms were quiet.

Review 33：I was not impressed that the smallish pool was being used every time we went down there by a young lady teaching swimming lessons. The pool is small, so our kids felt like they had to watch out for her small students and they didn't feel like they could have much fun. One time, a student was screaming for about 20 minutes straight was completely hysterical, and it was very uncomfortable for paying guests to have to endure this. Not cool! The pool is really important to us, our kids love to use one everywhere we stay. We won't come back here if this program continues...it takes away from our enjoyment too much. Sorry Best Western Peach Arch. You made a mistake!

Nice breakfast included with many choices -- waffle mix and waffle iron, dry cereals, fruit, yogurt, milk, fruit juice, toast, coffee, tea, and so on.

Review 46：We booked with this hotel from France. When we arrived, the front desk clerk was extremely rude and he said he only had one room booked for us. We showed him our Booking.com reservation showing him the 2 booked rooms. He just shrugged, gave us a bottle of wine and said go find another hotel!!! In all our years of travelling the world, this was by far the worst experience. Ever.

Review 47：When we went to use the pool, it was rented out to a group doing an adult swim class. We chose the hotel because of the pool. Even worse, the class instructor was rude to the guests that tried to use the pool. The walls and floors paper thin so don't plan on sleeping much. Lastly, the heater smelled like something electrical was burning in it.

Review 113：Management, staff the assistance offered with regard to local facilities and advice of where to go for meals of the type we would like. The motel was clean and well looked after. The spa was excellent as well which was a plus in this sort of facility.

Review 114：Even though we asked for shampoo to be replaced, they just set it on the counter not in the dispenser. They put the used bag for ice back in the container to be reused. We asked for dish soap , they out approx. 1" in the bottle. Not serious, but concerning enough that we won't stay there again.

The bathroom had no counter space for toiletries. The lighting was very poor in all of the room, but so poor in the bathroom, I couldn't see to put my makeup on. There was no safety rail for the shower. Would not stay there again.
