Review 1：- non wifi connection in rooms, it's only possible in the restaurant - non fridge in all rooms

Review 2：staff, calm and cleanliness of the room with great view over mountains and the city as described, parking places, ..

Review 3：At arrival we had to call a number but no immediat answer (first nr: phone was ringing in the hotel and other number was voicemail). Had to wait almost 30min before we could make contact. Because of technical problems in the hotel we were offered a room in the Thermen hotel in the lower village, which meant that we had to drive back down (Waldhotel is located above the village).

Review 7：I like Schwarwald a lot. It is in a five-minute walk from the hotel. There is a swimming pool with natural termal water nearby. The food in the Italian restaurant is deliciuos. The staff of the hotel are attentive and responsible for their duties.
