Review 1：We arrived early in the morning after a very long flight. The young woman on the desk was not very helpful or friendly or welcoming. It was an unpleasant greeting and off putting.

Review 3：No air-condition or fridge in the room , soda mashine wasn't refilled in four days , restaurant was not good and closed on Sunday and the high chair my daughter used wasn't cleaned in days :/

Review 23：Wide breakfast selection, very clean and very well lit rooms. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The complimentary WIFI worked for my purposes (email, maps) without any problems, although i did not try Skype or streaming video. I hear the hotel does a very good brunch on the weekend too.

Review 24：Meal on the second evening was AWFUL. We had invited three people to join us for dinner as the meal the evening before had been so good. The waiter was hopeless; did not write down orders and so brought two dishes no-one had ordered plus failed to bring one dish at all! Food which did arrive was poorly cooked and cold. We were very disappointed (and made this clear on the evening and at check-out). Doubt if we would stay there again because of this.

Review 25：Good value for money, quiet location but with excellent access to park and leisure facilities. Had stayed there two years ago and enjoyed the stay. Meal on the first evening was excellent (as had been the meals we had in the hotel restaurant when we stayed two years before.)

Review 26：The room and bathroom are slightly shabby, no air conditioning orceiling fans, poor ventilation. Impossible to sleep in in warm weather.Smoking and non-smoking rooms mixed, so there's generally the smell ofcigarette smoke. Very noisy if you're facing the front (noise from thebar and meeting room) and the rain beats down on the plastic roofingover the outside terrace quite noisily. The beds and bedding are veryuncomfortable, the in-room coffee/tea making facilities are poor. Theshower was faulty and the plugs temperamental. The staff not overlyfriendly. The hotel resturant is rarely open. Parking in the hotel carpark challenging due to conventions etc in the hotel meeting rooms -couldn't park there on a number of occasions.

Review 27：The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of thebeautiful spa town centre.Across the road from a fantasic park with lake, boating, boardwalk, mini-golf, chess and tennis courts. The room was cleaned well every day Fantastic breakfast muesli (their own recipe)

Review 28：The free wifi was scarce on the third floor and only marginally betternear the front desk. The staff seemed surprised when I mentioned mydifficulty and just shrugged.The other problem with the hotel is that the room walls are paper thin such that conversations at normal levels in the next rooms are easily heard.

The usual fare of breads and slicedmeats and cheeses, eggs and sausage, yogurts and fruits, etc. waspunctuated by a small offering of local cheese, sausages, pickles, andjellies. Absolutely delightful.The location of the hotel is ideal. It is near the autobahn at the edge of the city, across the street from the park. Each morning, rain or shine, the 20-minute walk into town along the lake and through the park was wonderful. A continuous stream of locals, from exercisers and families with toddlers, pass by. The views of the lake with the yacht club, fountains, birds and flowers are stunning.
