Review 1：Although this is clearly a ski lodge, we were here in the fall and loved its location right at the gondola station, making it easy to head up to the high country for spectacular hiking. The breakfast was excellent, the dinner menu diverse and not unreasonable for Switzerland.. We extended our stay for a day and we're glad we did.

Review 6：Its just a bit annoying when it rains as the station is like 15 minutes walking distance but even though the hotel provides free bus service to pick up and drop off.
Review 7：The location of this Hotel is just perfect if you want to be lost in the nature and just across the road you have the cable car to take you up in the mountains to Oceanna Lake.The Manager and the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice though there was not any fruits except peach. We really enjoyed the fresh home made bread.The manager goes beyond extent just to make us feel at home. The dinner was very classy and delicious and A Star Rate. I had the best time jumping in the trampoline and swinging.I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I would definitely go back there with friends and family.
Review 8：Fantastic restaurant which provided superb food in spacious yet very cosy surroundings run by very pleasant husband and wife team . Spacious spotlessly clean rooms. The hotel is very modern but with a very homely and comfortable feel about it. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day stay in Ermitage and hope to return soon

Review 28：All staff were excellent from the welcome to good bye. That of course includes the owner who runs the front of house and works like the rest of his team and his wife who runs the kitchen (and probably other back of house areas as well) and guarantees that you are always fed well with tasty home cooked food. The room we were in was in excellent condition with a brand spanking new looking bathroom. The quality of sleep is second to none and the view in the morning as you open your eyes and look out the window is out of a fairytale. We will definitely be back.

Review 32：A very pleasant hotel in a quiet environment. Skilift nearby. Kitchen very good; also senior portions available. Beds are fine. We stayed only1 night, and we have got an upgrade to a room with balcony.

Review 35：For families traveling with small children there is no lift and the rooms are not large enough to fit a pram. This didn't both us but might be something that others would find challenging.
Review 36：The location is perfect next to the Gondola. Ideal for families as there is a superb playground conveniently located next to the outdoor terrace. The restaurant was fantastic with a good children's selection. We stayed in a budget double room which was small but even with a baby cot it was adequate. We didn't have a balcony but the views from the windows were great anyway.

Review 38：We stayed at the Ermitage for four nights in July and it was perfect for our needs. We stayed in a budget room which was small but exceptionately clean with very comfortable beds. Although a small room there was plenty of wardrobe space for our luggage and the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast each morning was lovely and they had plenty of cereals, breads and pastries to choose from. The coffee was really good and you got a big pot of it with a large jug of hot milk also which I loved. We ate at the restraunt three nights out of the four we were there because the food was so delicious and the service very friendly and laid back.
