Review 1：Carpets in the corridors and communal areas need a deep clean.

Review 2：Staff is great! Good and service in the Restaurant is very very good! I've been in Soldeu many times and Piolets Spa is best value for money!

Review 3：The attitude of the restaurant staff is the only negative I have about this hotel- they could be quite rude and impatient.

Review 4：Food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner. Very efficient bus transfer to the bottom of the gondola morning and afternoon- drivers very courteous. Chef prepared a birthday cake for my daughter which was a nice touch. Kids club staff were warm and welcoming.

Review 5：- Twin beds on wheels. Argh! If you find yourself in the middle of the two, you very quickly end up on the floor in the middle of the two. Ouch! - WiFi only works in the lobby - Spa is 14 euros per session

Review 6：- Easy walking distance to great clubs and bars - Free parking outside - Free glass of cava on Xmas eve :-D - Most of the staff are lovely and helpful (there was one exception, a blonde at reception, but I think she was having a bad day at work. Spotted her clubbing later on, and she seemed happier then.)

Review 7：We booked a room with double size bed, but we got two twine size ones. Wifi worked only in the reception.. The pictures of the room looked better then in reality.

Review 15：I loved everything about this hotel. It had everything we needed from comfort to stability and peace. I will definitely go again in the near future.

Review 19：The buffet dinner and breakfast were chaotic. Dishes frequently ran out and were often not replenished until someone complained. Often there was very little on offer. On our last night we had to queue for 15 minutes to get into the restaurant although at least half the tables were empty. The service in the restaurant is not good enough for a four star hotel. It is a shame as it spoilt our experience.

Review 20：The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel was located in a small village with good restaurants and bars but was close enough to access the larger towns for shopping. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Review 24：The social parts of the hotel were cold.The house keeping was bad. The diversity of the food was very poor. Big queue at breakfast for the fried eggs or omelets. The staff is not enough. Lot of broken furniture.

Beautiful location in Soldeu, with restaurants and shops withinwalking distance.Great facilities for families - play rooms for younger children, pools, sauna, steam room and gym. Small fee for the pool/ spa area (3 euros children, 6 euros adults). I'm also incredibly happy that we did not stay in the capitol city of Andorra, Andorra la Vella, which was kind of tacky and garish, apart from the old town. AHotels Piolets Park & Spa is also located across the road from a ski lift, which you can take to the top for a nice meal or round of golf. Lots of mountain bikers used it as well.

Review 31：Description of location was incorrect. It is not at walking distancefromthe slopes, and there was a shuttle bus rather busy in the morning. Theroom was not for 4 adults, but for 2 adults and 2 children, and the 2extra beds were no good.
