Review 1：Being ignored by some members of staff. Parking a problem as hotel busy

Review 2：Thai spa facility excellent. Good choice for breakfast, however as hotel very busy, items were not refilled and quickly ran out. Location. Very clean

Review 3：I liked this hotel so would stay here again but it is up a hill which may prove difficult for some people as most of the actual town is further down. Hotel have a car park but hotel very busy when I was there so not a lot of room for cars but there were cars parked at side of road so it is possible to find somewhere to park but may be a slight worry for those not used to German roads and knowing where you can park. Staff at hotel can help though.

Review 4：It was easy to find, good breakfast selection, close to where I needed to go (was going to an event at a different hotel) so I could walk, big room, sufficient facilities.

Review 5：The internet access was not good. The internet server asked for an email address and then sent a message to respond to. The server gave you 20 minutes to get the message and reply, but the service was so slow that I could not get the email.

Review 8：Smallish room but perfectly OK. Newly decorated with nice snuggly duvets which were very welcome as we had unseasonably chilly May weather. Really good breakfast so make sure you have enough time to enjoy it!

Review 11：Excellent accommodation at a very reasonable price. Great breakfast too. Beautiful surroundings. Parking is somewhat crowded. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable.

Review 12：You need to climb some stairs to get to the reception area. And then more steps up to the rooms. No elevators.

Review 13：located next to the city park and the city center is within eay reach by foot. Reataurants, cafes, bars nar by. Hotel has all the modern amenities except elevators .
