Review 1：We had trouble regulating the heat in our room and we did not care for the breakfast. We would prefer healthier choices and gluten free options.

Review 31：My family was impressed with spacious one bedroom suite with fully equipped kitchen, although we didn't use the stove. Spacious breakfast room with lots of seats and very good selection of buffet breakfast. Room was cleaned very well and quickly. Great downtown location.

Review 32：Even though the personnel at the reception was very friendly, we did not feel very at ease during breakfast. In the breakfast area, the cook and another man are constantly watching your back like hawks for what ever reason that may be. We felt really uncomfortable.

Review 36：LOVED our room! We had the suite with 2 queen beds. Had a full kitchen and 3 balconies! Seemed like our own little apartment for 4 days. Nice and clean, very comfy! Probably the BEST hot breakfast we have had at a hotel. The hot items changed every day and ranged from bacon and eggs with potatoes to sausage and cheesy eggs with hash browns. Also always fresh fruit, a waffle maker, pastries and cereal. Loved that they had fruit infused water as well as the usual juices and coffee. Walking distance to the inner harbour and free parking, we were always able to find a close spot.

Check in was very quick and our room was perfect for a 1 night airport hotel stay. Excellent cooked to order eggs at breakfast with a great selection of other food, all round a very good stay.

Review 65：had to switch rooms from single to double queen due to unexpected arrival (my daughter and her daughter), was charged double the night for both rooms; however with a discount of $50, manager's decision, especially as hotel was almost fully booked. 2) a staff member late at night did not know whether the hotel had any microwaves in the breakfast dining area. however, i found for myself that fortunately, they did, & it worked.

Review 91：The room I thought I was booking was not the room I ended up with! From the pictures on the website and the description of the room, was what prompted me to book in this hotel. When I checked in I was informed that the room that I thought I booked was not available and they were to put me on a lower floor... call the hotel and make sure you are getting what you want.... instead of excuses!

The location of the Hotel is perfect, half a block from the harbour and right next to the parliament buildings. The breakfast was excellent and could out do some of the bigger chain hotels. Bed comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. I would reccomend this hotel and would definately stay here again.

Review 102：Great travel experience the hotel has very pleasant staff first class location facing the side of the BC Parliament Buildings one block from the Museum of Victoria and half a block from the harbour and in spite of this the location is quiet. Our room was kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. We had breakfast 3 mornings in a row each time it was cooked and presented in exactly the same manor, every breakfast was perfect, consistency in a quality breakfast brings a good start to a day.
