Review 1：Room smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke. Was advertised as smoke free environment. Refrigerator in mini bar did not work. One wash cloth in bathroom for two people. Carpet had many stains. refill of drinks in mini bar was not performed until requested. It was obvious that the maintenance and cleaning staff does not pay attention to detail.

Review 31：A concert was organised obviously with the approval of the hotel right at the building until after midnight. I couldn't sleep until one at that night. This complaint was merely ignored by the receptionist who check me out. The curtains in my room was too small to cover the whole window, therefore in the evening when the room was lighted I felt uncomfortable. Considering the quality of the facility, I felt I overpaid.

Review 34：When did'nt meet my lovely girlfriend che ledesma who i was supposed to of met there,we lost contact because of no internet or phone connections and she was supposed to have been there at that time I was there.

Review 36：The hotel did not provide the requested type of rooms nor it did offerany assistance to help with sorting out the problems I encounteredbecause of this. We are a family with young children and this wasmentioned on the booking request, however, the hotel had noconsideration to this and we were put in rooms that were so distant fromeach other. The rooms were not so clean and the furniture was old anddirty. The rooms are so small. The restaurant has a very limted verietyof food selection. Button line, it made our holiday miserable.

Review 38：The hotel was quite large and impressive with big rooms and thereception and other public areas were equally impressive.The breakfast was very good with a large choice of continental and hot food. Parking was underground and secure- we were on motorcycles, so did not have to pay - but there is normally a £10.00 a day charge for cars. The hotel was also close to a selection of bars and restaurants for evening meals. We did not sample the hotel restaurant in the evening. Bad wildungen is a busy tourist spa town set in stunning German Countryside.
