Review 1：The rooms have old furniture, the bathroom was not very clean. The Spa Offers are poor.

Review 2：The city is nice, but small, the food at the restaurant ist very expensive and not that impressive. I have a lot more expected for this price.

Review 3：Room cleaning, impossible to order treatments. If all options are fully booked for 6-7 days (!!!), I suggest to expand the number of treatment staff.

Review 7：Besides the 4 star rating and good maintained it is a hotel with hardly any atmosphere. It glory days seems somewhere in the past. Perfect for elderly people who like the lack of any pace. Room deco is a 3star hotel. Park view (room) is looking against trees only 10 meter away.

Review 9：All double rooms only have twin beds which neither I or my partner wish on a weekend together. Not possible to book a massage or any extra spa service unless you book weeks in advance, not good for a wellness weekend. Petty and rude staff who do not help but do want to charge when services expected are not provided and you leave the hotel as we did.

Review 13：Dolce is very central, close to shops and restaurants but still quiet and peaceful. I had a lovely room with comfortable bed and a blanket for my little dog. The lady in the Wellness Center found a bikini for me so I could enjoy the pool, super ! Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices and served until 10.30 which is a bonus. Superb Hotel - very restful surroundings.

Review 16：There are regular and renovated rooms. We were both time in the regular. They are also big enough, nice bathroom, just the furniture is a little bit old. Yet the room was always clean and smells good.

Review 17：everything! This is our second time in Dolce, and surely not the last. Very nice breakfast, spa, pool, location (a park around the hotel), staff is very friendly, especially at breakfast. Wifi is excellent, free. Parking also free.

Don't try to ask to eat smthg !! And if you order the breakfast in your room be patient and check well when he will arrive, our order was full of mistakes (just for a small breakfast !!!) and when we called the reception to change what we didn't order ... it was not very polite on the phone ... First and last time in this hotel !

Review 49：When I checked out, everything was Ok till the receptionist at the front desk said my small dog disturbed some guests while he was in the room, the guests stated that they were frightened, I have one thing to say, how can one be frightened when my dog was in the room, my dog does not bark unless someone knocked on the door of my room. When I heard this I was not very happy, I have stayed at the Dolce a few times before and had no issues with my dog. I had plans on returning the 10th till the 13th of August and had reservations to do so however, after my previous visit I decided to cancel because of the way we were treated at check out the last visit. By the way, I paid to have my dog along on our visit. In closing always remember there are two sides to every story.

Review 50：The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning in the room made it seem even better, my wife and I had our granddaughter along with us on this visit and everything was outstanding. The breakfast was very well presented with a array of breakfast items. I also ate in the Hotel restaurant which I always enjoyed, especially the staff of the restaurant who always made you feel welcomed. The one staff member at the front desk at check out is another issue. When I am back in Germany, I will visit Bad Nauheim and will stay at this Hotel again, and hopefully my negative issues will be addressed and corrected.
