Hotel Europa sells fast on our site. The recently renovated Hotel Europa is located in a historic, nice and quiet area of Brno, close to the center of the city and the UNESCO-protected Villa Tugendhat, only 650 feet from a large park.
Rooms are tastefully equipped with solid wooden furniture and offer wired internet access free of charge. Room rates include a full English breakfast and a parking lot is available on site for an additional cost.

Review 25：The cheapest, standard room on the 4th floor are actually an attic, very small and with windows on the ceiling. Matrasses are very, very soft and uncomfortable.

We had already tried the regional kitchen several times and were keen on some italien food. In the same street as the hotel is a small italien place - it doesn't look very inviting, but the pizza was super nice. I would totally recommend it.

Review 31：The receptionist was unsocial, unable to answer simple questions. No information about prices for pets, only at the time of arrival we found out it is €20 per dog, what is heavily too high for the service you get (none).

Review 65：The scrambled eggs were delicious. Seriously, they were buttery and tasted really fresh. It is a BIG PLUS that this hotel has private parking. Brno is a college town and finding a parking place is a huge problem. Our room was clean and quiet.

Review 66：Advertised was Queen bed, however got a single mattress on a wheels, so it was moving around at night a bit. Additionally, the shower curtain was so small that quite a bit of water landed on the bathroom floor.

Review 71：The atmosphere of the hotel is quite boring. I have visited many hotels, but this one was just something a bit dirty and very ordinary. The potencial of the place and the building is underused! The hotel is almost in the centre, looks good from the outside, but inside it's nothing special. The furniture and everything like the bed linen is old, the bathroom in the room smelled, there was no decoration in the room, not even a single picture, the halls look like in the prison. The breakfast was also somehow strange, no good coffee, no good quality bread, no windows in the hotel restaurants. I didn't feel good at all. Everything was somehow strange, sloppy or cheated, maybe not at the first sight, but at the second at least... I don't understand why the owner doesn't invest some money into it, because the hotel has really good location, but the interier is really shity. The designer definitely didn't have good taste! If you are looking for something special, look for some other place. This one doesn't pay off!

Review 72：We were in Brno on business trip and we were actually having interviews with some possible employees there. The hotel staff allowed us to have the interviews in the hotel hall. It was a quite place, so we were very satisfied. They also provided us with water for free. They were quite helpful, specially the morning shift.

Review 78：We had room 310. The room was on the top floor so the ceiling was crooked. Allowing the mirror hung very low. Also, the space how to get into the bed is limited.

Review 79：The hotel is fine. Conveniently close to the center of Brno. The room are clean and the beds are fine. If you want to eat near the hotel look than at restaurant Tulip across the street. But also the pizza restaurant on the same side of the street if you go downtown is very neat and well. You do not see this of the outside. But definitely worth it.

Review 80：Had to ask for additional pillows as only one flat pillow and one thin single duvet (need to sleep with heating on) kitchen staff cleaned table by wiping crumbs onto the floor with her hands. Requested late checkout three times and refused each time. Complaint made verbally and in writing. Failed to reply to me personally but sent a reply to booking.com which was factually incorrect. Rating would have been much better if they had been honest.

Review 95：The breakfast timings were short (7:30 to 10 on holidays) so we missed it most days as we either left early for tourism or woke up late as we were relaxing. Otherwise the breakfast was good.

The girls on duty at the reception spoke English and were very helpful and never tried to sell us anything extra. The hotel is housed in a nice refurbished building and has some nice eateries nearby.

Review 114：The cleanliness of their crockery and utensils was not the best. We had to use mugs for our orange juice as we couldn`t find any properly cleaned glasses. It looks as if they just sluice the plates/mugs/glasses and utensils around in a trough of water for a bit then put them back out again.We saw several other guests cleaning dishes/cups/utensils with their napkins. Another slightly frustrating thing was that they did not re-stock the mini-bar in our room after we had had an orange juice and a bottle of beer from it when we first arrived. We were out exploring the region each day and didn`t get back until after 5pm and would undoubtedly have had another beer and orange juice had they replaced the ones we drank the first night. Only a small gripe,but it did cost the Hotel some business too. If you book through booking.com on the non-refundable deal,be aware that parking charges for their car park are included in this whether you use it or not. We always got parked for free in the street outside,so obviously queried the parking charge only to be told it was an `all-inclusive` charge.This added approximately £30 to the bill,so ,if you haven`t got a car,it`s money wasted;If you have got a car..park it in their off road,secure car park..you`ve paid for it!

Review 115：Good location,only 10 minutes walk from Brno old city centre. Nice room,comfortable bed and good air-conditioning. Quirky decorations,my favourite being the magnificent mirror beside the reception desk. Parking on street outside is free and Hotel also has its own car park,though a charge is applicable. Front desk was always staffed,and receptionist served us when we decided to have a drink in the bar one day.(the clear plastic seats are much more comfortable than they look). Bar prices are very reasonable. Rooms have safes,and there is a lift from the lobby so you don`t need to carry your luggage. Area was very quiet at night and we got a great sleep for each of the four nights we stayed.

Review 116：I find it beyond decency to charge you 51 euros for laundry .For the same amount of laundry I payed 3 euros at another hotel in Moravia It is really outrageous and dishonest and greedy and shows that the hotel gives tiny value for money

There is free parking on the street, the hotel stated I would need to pay 10 euro for a park, so may be worthwhile for others to know.
