Review 1：When entering the room it felt like stepping in to a 1963 movie. It was probably decorated and never changed again. The bathroom, well, it's so small that we were not able to take a decent shower. The pictures i saw on the website are made from the building on the other side of street which are pretty modern. We were in the old building, that explains a lot. If i would have seen the images from our room i never would have booked here. Checking in, the girl was very friendly, plus! Checking out, horrible. The (older) woman was not asking if we had a nice stay, not asking if everything was alright, not wishing us a safe trip. WiFi, forget it! I don't know why, but this is a horrible system which hardly works. You have to show ID for getting a code and they make a copy of your ID...huh??? I never had this before. But don't bother, the WiFi is hardly working, frustrating! One thing is for sure, i will not visit this hotel again and will not recommend this hotel to friends who want to visit Bernkastel-Kues.
Review 2：The best thing of this hotel is the waitress in the morning at breakfast. Very friendly, very helpful and the breakfast it self is also not bad at all...plus!

Review 4：Noisy street, no privacy in the bathroom the door is just a glass partition. Automatic light came on when you stepped out of bed.

Review 6：The Temperature of the room was like being teleported to the centre of the Sun. We were told not to open the windows due to spiders etc but we had to or we would have melted,.. There were some big assed spiders and moths which took advantage of this open window policy to come in so we had to close the windows again! Overall we loved the place and would certainly return. Maybe to a cooler room though.
