Review 1：Wifi connection poor in room. Unable to send email, only receive. Unusual to find a hotel expecting to charge for minor toiletries such as comb.
Review 2：We had asked for a room with walk-in shower. It was made clear to us that these rooms are smaller overall and we were left to choose between two rooms on that basis; good customer service.
Review 3：Everything was very nice exept the WiFi that was not working at all - so my phone bill is now higher than my hotel bill cuz I had to use my phone to connect with the internet :-(
