Review 1：Beds are not really comfortable.
Review 2：I stayed at Fritz Walter since there was no any other hotel in Karlsruhe. Hopefully it was a great idea. I really loved the hotel. Perfect location, perfect food and of course perfect wine. Will definitely visit again with my wife for weekend.
Review 3：We had to wait over 1.5 hours for the meal in the evening as the kitchen was not able to cope with the amount of people in the restaurant. When the food finally came out, it was very disappointing. With two small, hungry children this was not great and it took a real shine off our entire stay. It would have been appreciated if they had advised us of the delay in the first place then we could have driven somewhere else to eat
Review 4：Accomodation and rooms were very pleasant. Breakfast was lovely but did not start until 8.30am - given given we were hungry from the disppointing dinner the night before, we would have liked it to have been earlier.

Review 7：The rooms were very small. Our superior room was half the size of our standard room in the berlin business hotel we'd come from. The balcony was about 2 metres by 2 metres. On our last evening,there was a live music event in the courtyard directly outside our rooms from 7pm to 10.30 pm and drinking and crowd noise till 1pm. The noise was so loud that in our room we had to shout to hear each other even with the window closed. When we complained the next morning staff denied it was noisy and when we asked why we had not been warned when we checked in they said there are flyers advertising the event on the leaflet table and that there were too many rooms to tell guests individually when they check in. Says it all. No apology and no reduction despite us not being able to use the rooms all evening. Apparantly these are regular events so be warned - ask before you book. The hotel is in a small village with no other shops or restuarants. We ate in the hotel one night. Food was very average but at a premium price. Most balconies have views only of the hotel roof and buildings and not of any vineyards

Review 9：The address in booking turns out to be wrong (not in Bad Bergzabern, but in the neighbouring town), which resulted in quite some time lost in finding the place. Also, closure of the reception at 8pm is somewhat less ideal, especially after closure of restaurant there is no area anymore where one could sit and relax a bit longer, except the own room.
Review 10：Excellent restaurant, good wine, friendly staff and good breakfast with personal touch. Spacious rooms with balcony in a nice setting. Highly recommended.
