Review 1：Staff were rude and aggressive. Nothing around to see or do. You would have to take a bus into the city to get a good choice of food etc.
Review 2：Big room and plenty of space. Situated within a residential area so quiet. Good for the late night traveller coming off the motorway.
Review 3：Rooms were clean but marks on walls and carpets need addressing. Beds a little uncomfortable.

Review 5：Convenient location, minutes away from the autobahn. Set in a quiet area with the main road behind some new housing. The hotel windows looked new and provided good sound insulation. Our room was very large and had dining and coffee tables. The place was clean. Rooms and corridors could do with redecoration to brighten them up. Plenty of free parking and free wifi was OK. A pleasant restaurant serving value for money food. Breakfast was standard continental. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Getting into Augsburg is easy if you don't want to use the car. It is just a five minute walk to the bus stop next to Lidl. The frequent 23 gets you to the centre in twenty minutes.
Review 6：Also the location is pretty far away,after 8 there is no bus going direct to that way. It takes half an hour transferring from königsplatz to there. Not recommend to people without car.

Wish they would not play music in the restaurant - it is obviously for the staff and not the patrons - it is unnecessary and annoying.
