Review 1：The hotel is not 5*, I say it can be 4*. The staff seem busy when asking for booking restaurants or tours.

Review 2：Localization. Buffet breakfast excellent. Rooms facing to the volcano. Good poll and spa bathtub with thermal water. Localização é boa. Cafe da manhã bem variado. Quartos com linda vista para o vulcão. Boas piscinas e jacuzzi com águas termais.

Staff were phenomenal - helped us book excursions and our next hotel, even when it wasn't with companies they usually work with (ie probably didn't get any $$ from). Breakfast was really good. Hotel restaurant was a bit pricey but pool bar food was much more reasonably priced.

The rooms were dated, the beds weren't very comfortable, and overall the hotel's was 'okay' not great. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions regarding the local sites.

Review 11：Loved our junior suite, tom #419, with a direct view of the volcano. The onsite thermal springs were fantastic, as was the steam room powered by the springs. The breakfast buffet each day was delicious and full of wonderful variety. We really loved this property and found it romantic and lovely.

Review 50：We stayed at Royal Corin for two days while visiting Costa Rica. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly The food in the restaurant was very tasty and promptly served. Breakfast buffet was good but need an egg station to be considered perfect in my opinion. We were really impressed with the staff on our arrival. It was our anniversary and they brought us a nice snack and bottle of wine as recognition. Very thoughtful! I reserved a Junior Suite and although very very pricey the spacious room sitting area and jacuzzi in room were perfect for couples on this type of vacation.
