Review 1：The breakfast and the food is quite expensive, so you will end up spending for your meals if they're not included in the price. The hotel is not located in a "tourist area" so there are not really any other restaurants or shops nearby.

Review 2：The hotel has gorgeous interior design, a very luxurious and high quality feeling. We had a beautiful, big and comfortable room with a large balcony, very nice view of the sea and the pool. Wonderful pool and beach area, kind and helpful staff, daily free shuttle bus to Dubai. We had an excellent holiday!

Review 3：room service not always in the convenient time. If you miss one day of daily room cleaning, there are clouds of dust on the floor by evening! took a bit long to check out. Nothing to do outside the hotel territory, only if you drive to Dubai.

Review 4：The hotel is new, luxury, up to fairmont standards. The beach access is better (bigger) than in the neighboring hotels. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are recommended - good choice of everything, plus there are not much alternatives outside the hotel territory.) In-room dainning is time efficient and of good quality.

Review 5：Room service sometimes a little slow to pick up the phone and respond. Had booked sea view room but was put on 1st floor room leading straight out onto bar area. Gentleman on reception very helpful in changing my room but I did have to wait about 40 mins until I was let into old room to collect my things and move. Very pleased with the new room though.

Review 33：Room and personnel was top notch all the way. The view was incredible from the 9th floor and the ocean view is panoramic with a comfortably sized balcony. The bed and bedding is to die for and if you cannot sleep here, then you cannot sleep anywhere. Gratis luxury toiletries and espresso machine also provided. Surround sound flat screen t.v. with numerous selection of multi lingual channels. Bidet, bath and fabulous shower with large fluffy white towels and ironing board and hair dryer also provided. total luxury all the way and the staff are extremely kind and compassionate and genuinely friendly. Service is first class and the people are too. Breakfast includes all in hot and cold and freshly made omelets, and freshly squeezed juices. The swimming area totally clean and taken care of and the water a clear turquoise with a sandy beach and great provision of large towels and cold water for the beach. Abundancy of loungers and place to sit for all. Shukriyaa, shukram and many many thanks to all. cheers and see you again in February.

Review 49：The bathroom has no door to hide when you shower. We had read this before in a review and the manager replied saying it was a room where the foor was removed for repairs. We found All the rooms had no privacy when you shower. We were moved to another room which was nicer but it meant one bed in the room was like a small 'portable' bed which detracted from the whole 5 star experience for whoever had to sleep on that compared to the normal double grand bed. The iron kept tripping the fuse in all the rooms which we were in.

Review 62：- We went in the room given us and into a flooded bathroom. Had we been just a few minutes later in discovering the leak, the water would have spilled into d bedroom floor. Called reception, requested for another room & was told they'd call us back. Maintenance men came & changed the leaking bidet hose (10 mins.)...cleaner came to mop & dry the room (15 mins.) and all this time we were just waiting for them to finish. Definitely not a good start to what we planned & paid for to have a relaxing weekend. No other room was offered.- Sliding door separating bedroom & bathroom/ toilet was missing! NO privacy for anyone using the bathroom at all (think sounds & smells). The glass walls of the shower stall are see-through. Each time anyone of us (husband, 13-year old son & I) needed to shower, the other two have to turn their backs or wait outside in the balcony... & this is summer. Again, called to request for another room only to be informed that ALL bathrooms have missing doors! And this for a 5-star hotel. - Wet smell - Caused by the non-existent bathroom door. The steam from the bathroom wafts into the bedroom everytime someone showers.

Review 78：I had to move to another room as my first room had a connecting door to another room. Patricia, Guest Relations Manager, was very helpful, quick and she also followed up if everything is alright.
