Review 1：It was a very hot day when I was there so some air con I felt would have improved the overall stay.
Review 2：Pleasant place. Nice pool. Just could really do with some tlc.
Review 3：Pity about the patches of worn upholstery on the chair in the room. Very minor point and not obvious at first glance but review would be excellent without that.

Review 5：First class room size and accommodation, excellent breakfast. Excellent for overnight stay whilst travelling. A bit surprised there is no evening meal facility unless ordered in advance but plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Needs a bit of an update outside.

Review 8：We had asked before hand if the restaurant was open and told it was but when we arrived we were told it wasn't. There were good restaurants in town not far away. When restaurant is open there will be no downside.

Review 12：We felt we had gone back to a very special era - possibly the 1960's. Our room was huge with 2 sofas and coffee table. Bathroom facilities were adequate. The indoor swimming pool was the icing on the cake!!! Great to just walk down the corridor from our bedroom for a swim!! Make sure you admire the beautiful staircase from the 60's.

Review 22：This is a badly managed house. It was much too cold - the building, the rooms, the pool. Rooms were not cleaned or the beds made during our stay over an extended weekend. Breakfast was o.k. - not that much of a selection and not everything was fresh. Overall I would classify this as a 2-star house. It was much too expensive for what it offers.
