Review 1：- We had a room in the loft, it was pretty narrow and had a low sloping ceiling which made it quite uncomfortable to walk around the room - Low water pressure in the shower - The furniture is quite old and worn-out - The temperature in the hammam and the sauna might be higher

Review 17：Friendly personal staff and on the doorstep facilities bars skiing etc. The restaurant was excellent and the staff very friendly. The only small complaint was that the lounge area was cold but I am sure that if we would have mentioned it they would have done something about it.

Review 22：The food was well below par to the extent that it was served freezing cold (we were told it is brought in from kitchens elsewhere) and meat was served almost raw (pork). The staff at the bar were dis interested. We ended up eating in a 2 star hotel opposite where the food was considerably better. This is not a hotel for UK guests.

Review 78：The spa and jacuzzi is often crowded. Bobbles were only working in 1 of the 2 spas. Most guests didn't shower before entering the jacuzzies etc. The quality of dinner buffet was poor, and the restaurant is very noisy and crowded. We choosed to eat outside the hotel 4 of 7 nights, although we already had paid for the dinnerbuffet for the whole week.

Review 84：One bad thing was there was a bar right at the back of the hotel andjust under our window. On the weekend, people were very loud until itclosed at 4am. I suggest a room on the front side of the hotel and highup to avoid noise. Also, bring an extra pillow because the pillows arevery small! Overall, not much to complain about.

Review 85：I really loved this hotel. First of all, it was right across the streetfrom the ski lift. They got us a 10% discount on rental equipment andgave us a free locker to store everything right in the basement. Theroom was very large with a comfy bed, fridge, tv, beautiful windows anda nice bathroom. The staff were so friendly and helpful as well. Theyhad a nice, simple spa that was perfect after a day of skiing. The freebreakfast was big and had everything you could want. I would definitelystay here again!

Review 86：The rooms were too warm at night but we were on fourth floor so I guess hot air rises! The plates at dinner were always cold and so the buffet food was rarely hot by the time we sat down.

Review 89：Great location (100m walk to main gondola, so no need to hire lockers atthe gondola, middle of town which is only about 400-500m long anyway, soeverything is within easy reach), lots of choice at breakfast anddinner, very friendly staff, spa is free (2 hot tubs, steam room, sauna,little gym - other hotels charge up to €40 per day!), very clean, alwayswarm to come back to. Great value. Would definitely come back.

Review 90：Andorra doesn't seem to have the smoking ban like other places, so if you are a non smoker you may find areas of the hotel a little smokey, but I think this might be true of alot of hotels in the area.

Review 96：Had a great stay at this hotel for 1 week in Feb. 2012 Hotel is located near to the gondola station but we would recommend to pay the 50 euros to hire a ski locker underneath the gondola station rather than use the one's under the hotel,as it saves you walking in the ski boots. It is very family friendly Hotel with a soft play room for kids. The rooms are very spacious and warm. Overall a good family hotel.

Review 97：Smoking inside just outside the restaurant area and bar. The wi fialways cut out after 10 mins and the bed was really really uncomfortableand felt like you were sleeping on springs.
