Hotel Arte sells fast on our site. Built in 1898, the Arte Hotel is situated next to the Luzanky Park and just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Brno. It offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking.

Review 1：I would expect wider breakfast meniu, but principally it was ok.

Review 2：Apartments 001 were increadable. Personal was were helpfull, offered even to pay for our pizza delivery, as we had no chezh krona on the hands.

Review 4：We were very satisfied. We\ve stayed in this hotel already for the 2nd time. Quiet area in greater city centre, surrounded by parks. Breakfast is fair, services as well (parking, wifi, etc.).

Review 5：The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I liked the interesting arty decor and the wellness facilities downstairs. It's 1-min walk to poetic Luzanky Park.

Review 8：Path in to parking lot behind the hotel was in poor shape (rough and very uneven). Scratched the underside of our car, which has perfectly normal clearance.

Review 9：Almost everything!!! It was not clear at the time of booking that I am paying double because of an event in the town! And the hotel didn't have a single guest from that event anyway! The breakfast was not fresh - fruits were half way to become compost!!! And coffee...aaagh! Room was dark, noisy and not very clean! Very bad choice of colors! Parking...ridiculous to call that a parking- we parked our car in the pavement, and it was not easy to park. 4 stars!??!?! 5 stars too many!

Review 13：A feeling of style over substance pervades e.g we had a 'designer' bathroom with both a walk-in shower and huge corner bath plus TV, but toiletries were limited to wall mounted soap and shower gel dispensers, and no tissues were provided. A little more focus on the basics would have improved the stay.

Review 14：Quiet location and good sized well decorated and well kept rooms. Staff are helpful and the breakfast is good with a lot of choice for a city hotel. Bathroom and bedroom were enormous. About 10-15 min walk to old town centre.

Review 33：Parking could be potentially an issue due to limited amount of parking lots but was not in my case. The toilet in my bathroom was mounted very low. It would be more convenient if the clean towel was placed in the bathroom not on the bed.

Review 34：Despite the entrance the hotel is perfect of its kind. i.e. convenient city hotel in good location close to city center and to one of the main attractions of Brno - Villa Tugendhat. Close to the hotel is also a couple of nice restaurants. The service includes free parking and wi-fi as well as good breakfast.

Review 35：The display behind the receptionist contained wine and then personal toiletries including condoms which was all rather strange. Would not be displayed like that in U.K. Why not make it a really nice display cabinet and advertise that the hotel does have some toiletries for sale if you ask?

Review 97：This is a typical example of a hotel who paid for the fourth star....there was even no cosmetics in the bathroom which surprised me a lot. Breakfast was just fine, would expect more from " 4 star" You get a normal key to unlock the room, which scared me - expected a card. Cleaning lady woke me up at 8,30 hoovering the hall next to my room - i mean...why on earth ? This was simply a penzion or 3 star hotel...well, i've been in better 3 star...

Review 101：The very helpful receptionist. I had a nice spacious room, bed was very good. Due to early flighttime i didn't use the breakfast but breakfastroom looked ok. I had room 103 and had no inconviniance off the smell of smoke anywhere in the hotel where earlier guest complained about. There is a nice restaurant just a kilometer away called Kaminstubn.

Review 104：The hotel lacked any atmosphere but it served it's purpose. My room had 2 single beds pushed together leaving no space either side to get in and out which isn't ideal.

Review 106：The hotel doesn't reflect it's name. The design is functional but misses the quirky bit and a little of a character. For the first night in the New Year we hoped to stay in a place with a bit more of both. Still, it's a professional, well organised and very well located, quiet accommodation.

Review 108：This hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood, but they seem to do the best with the security that they can. That said, in order to lock the room door when you go to bed at night, you have to use a key, so if you had to run out in an emergency, then you would need the key!

The location is in particular very close to Villa Tugendthat. There are also good places to eat nearby.

Review 112：Private parking on the spot sounds a lot better than it is. In practise there are a few narrow spots on the sidewalk in front of the hotel by a very busy street. Also, if you're a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the street.

The car parking facilities were away from the hotel around a back street up a hill in what looked like an old small orchard. It had a big gate with a coded padlock on but it didn't feel secure. Not ideal with a loaded motorbike!

Review 118：Horrific entrance (road with high slope and inequalities) to the external parking located behind the hotel. Simply drive last 100m with speed <5km/h because one can destroy a car if it is a type with a low suspension. 4x4 type recommended.
