Review 1：Almost impossible to find and the actual name of the house 'Veronica' is not mentioned anywhere on the booking. Com site!! And Kastanienwald is nowhere to be seen or found, only by chance did I eventually find it! No water available outside for the dog in a heatwave! Steep garden and not feeling sure which areas were for common use and where to find someone to help when needed. With no German it was very hard to communicate with a lady who seemed to come and go from the property or to try and get help. Information in English about the set up and local restaurants etc or times the lady would appear would have been really really helpful. Found it quite difficult being there with none to ask about things I needed to know. Even the wifi code was not written down and that made things very difficult.
Review 2：The apartment was spacious and clean with well equipped kitchen and in a pretty village. They very kindly sent my make up bag which I left back to the UK
