Review 1：The room was somewhat small, when staying with two persons, especially when you still want to do some work.
Review 2：No check-out procedure, so no need for queueing in the morning!
Review 3：Breakfast was disappointing. Particularly no fresh ground coffee. Machine coffee poor.

Review 9：Generously sized room that offered enough space for us, our two teenage daughters and all our luggage. Good wifi connection, nice breakfast and the drinks vending machine was handy for cold drinks. Air-con was a bliss with temperatures well above 30C.
Review 10：Comfortable, cool decoration, excellently situated for seeing Augsburg and getting onto the motorway. Breakfast was top as well. My kids loved the cool design of the bunkbeds. This was very agreeable.

Review 12：Modern and clean. Airconditioning. Free parking space near the hotel. Good wifi. Very comfortable shower. Public transport nearby (5 minute walk). You can also walk to the city centre, it's about 30 minutes. We didn't know what to expect from Augsburg, but we were surprised by its beauty. It's a very green city with a nice old town.

I had booked it knowing we would be late and hoping that we could just get something to eat closer to the hotel, but staff said there was nothing nearby and we had to go into the city.

Just on next day another administrator put a stump on doc and sighed it. But It's strange relation to customer. it will be better to pay by credit card!

Review 43：Terrible noise from 4 lanes of traffic outside the hotel and also a tramline. The windows are useless and allow all the noise from the road in to the room. Room was far too hot (in December!) but the temperature could not be turned down. Sleeping in this hotel is impossible.

Seemed extremely uninterested in assisting me or answering any of my simple questions. The lady who worked the front desk in the morning was extremely helpful. Her hospitality was awesome.
