Review 1：The staff is nice and friendly but quite unreliable. The hotel's reception was already empty at 21 hrs and we were given an information that the key would be in the door. The key was in the door, but of another room, and under a wrong name. The 'emergency' after-hour phone numbers was the reception number (I heard it ring behind the locked reception door), and the alternative mobile number was unreachable. Also, the room we ended up spending the night was not the same standard of the room we booked, and I had to explicitly demand a partial refund (which was granted). The room itself was tiny, with very small dorm-style bunk beds and only one electrical outlet.
Review 2：it was one of the most affordable options in the area. Clean and quiet. The staff smiling and friendly (however unreliable)
Review 3：Need a car for St Moritz. The room has a nice chalet feel with wood everywhere but there was later a plastic cubicle built in (shower+toilet, no mirror or sink). Price is absurd considering the above and the location compared to other countries but reasonable for Swiss standards.
Review 4：Summer road trip in Switzerland. St Moritz hotels really really expensive. We picked this one for a one night stay after reading reviews and got what we expected. Clean room at a reasonable price. Great WiFi. Friendly staff. Although check-in was until 18.00, we had no problem checking in at 21.30. Just inform the hotel in advance.
Review 5：The high cost of such limited space where the toilet was 'forced' into an already small cubicle. The lady working as waitress etc cannot speak or understand a word of English.

Review 7：noise, tiny room, dull food, expensive, very dirty and rusty. I've experienced different places, hostels, bungalos even in Africa and Caribbean. This one is on the top in my personal rating. Top of the worst.

Review 9：In room bathroom was very, very small and built in recently. You can not sit on the toilet and close the door at the same time. Safe the money and get a room with shared bath instead.
Review 10：Location, Staff, Bar. Very clean. Free parking right in front of the Chalet. Charming. Nice View. Room with balcony. Very close to train station and village centre with restaurants etc. Room with shared bath seems to be best value. Shared bathroom and toilet was very clean.
Review 11：Shower and toilet were so small you could not stand in the middle and fully extend your arms out. Similarly you could not sit on the toilet and shut the door unless you were prepared to sit on the toilet sideways. There was not toilet roll holder so you had to hold the paper or have it sitting outside the door on the floor or in the shower area. There was no washbasin in the room so you had to walk across the hall to the shared bathroom facilities to brush your teeth or wash your hands after using the bathroom. There was no mirror in the room to check your appearance or put on makeup. No lift so we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs.
Review 12：Having our own balcony, shower and toilet so I didn't have to use the shared bathroom in the middle of the night. Great location and only a 5 minute walk from the train station. Also if skiing the chair lift seemed really close. Good price considering it's close proximity to St. Moritz. Liked the small town atmosphere.

Review 17：I paid for a private bath and there was no hot water. When I told the staff person about this problem, the only response that I got was "sorry". I had to leave to catch and early train so didn't have time to pursue further but I think they should have refunded me the extra cost for the private bath.

Review 46：Location was as stated a short walk to the train station. Staff was friendly and welcoming, gave good suggestions on where the amenities in the town were and where to eat. It was off season hence it wasn't crowded. Mattress was comfortable and room was clean.
