Review 2：Lovely and very helpful staff. Comfortable room, comfortable bed, good breakfast and fabulous location; situated literally 3 mins walk from the downtown. Very central location.

Review 3：The window of my room gave onto the street, trams passing and the neighboring bus station were noisy in the early morning / late evening hours.

Review 4：The hotel has an excellent location, max. 5 minutes from everything: shopping centre, railway station, city centre, restaurants, old town. The breakfast was tasty and ample.

Review 5：The double bed we requested were actually 2 single beds put together, with a quite huge gap in between because of the frames. Breakfast is nothing special, nice selection of bread but chewy croissants and basic quality of cheese and ham.

Review 7：Our room got locked as the opening mechanism run out of battery. A very friendly room maid call reception that fix it quickly. However, we were in a hurry and that delay caused us to simply leave the hotel without a proper checkout. Things like this should never happened in a "GrandHotel". Broken hand-shower: must hold it all the time while showering as it did not stayed fixed to the holder. Breakfast can improve. Slow check-in Really far from a four star hotel.

Review 9：We reserved a room with a king size bed. However, the person who had previously stayed in the room had just not checked and not paid for the room. The staff refused to clear the room from that person's stuff and make the room available to us. We had to sleep in a different room with separate beds (moved together) and were quite unhappy about that fact. At least, we got upgraded to a junior suit, but that did not compensate us for the separate beds.

Review 12：There is no regular maintenance on any sanitary installations, faucets, showers or sauna environment was calcified, dirty or dysfunctional, at least the porter brought me a screwdriver when I asked for it.

Review 22：I have no major complaints. The hotel is spoiled by little things wrong, that could easily be put right: curtains that could not be closed completely, poor selection of TV channels, cheap toilet paper, etc. The mattress was too soft for me, but that is a matter of taste.

Review 24：There is a casino attached to the hotel and you could smell the smoke from the casino in the hotel lobby. Along the outside of the hotel there was usually trash on the sidewalks. The strip club a few steps from the hotel drew some interesting characters as you walked to the hotel entrance.

Review 29：The day we checked out staff came in our room twice! They just used their key and entered the room without our permission twice when we were resting. Very disturbing and showing no respect to guests!!! We have got 30% discount when we complained, but the director said it is perfectly normal and they have right to do it.
