Review 1：We were traveling during super off-season, and when they decided to close due to low occupancy, they rebooked us for our stay at no extra charge at another facility in town. It was seamless and professional. We loved our stay, in spite of the change!

Review 5：Very nice and and kind Hostel staff. Helpfull by planning activities, hiking around Oberstdorf. In 1st floor is big kitchen for guests that are able prepare their own meal and food. Hostel is close to Breitach klamm ~30min walking distance. Using guest card people can travel by public transport for free, parking in several parking places in Oberstdorf for free,have discounted price for tickets (e.g. Breitach Klam, Oberstdorf Therme )
Review 6：Self service! Staff never tell the customer need to install the bedsheets and quilt cover by themselves. High toilet, never think about for short people!
Review 7：The staff member who checked us in was really helpful and friendly (Falk). They had a number of affordable beers available. Outdoor area was nice with an open fire, great for cold nights. Would be ideal for anyone passing by on a roadtrip as we were, or for outdoor activities. They have an entertainment room with a playstation - I did not use this, but some of the other guests were having fun. The rooms were a great size and the beds were really comfortable.
